This is honestly my favorite whitening product and the team of hismile has been so helpful, it’s the best costumer service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life! They make sure you get what you want and also give helpful tips on how to use the product to its full potential and if you aren’t satisfied they help you find the right solution! I am beyond happy with Hismile. It’s the easier whitening system you just put some gel on and use the light, simple as that! I actually use it longer than the 10 minutes I usually do 15-20 and it’s made my teeth wonderfully white. They still aren’t as white as I want them to be so I ordered another gel set and hopefully that’ll give it the push I want, but I’ve gotten so many compliments on my teeth and everyone asks what I’m using and I always recommend hismile!

Fast delivery, nice website which is user friendly and easy to look around. Only used the product for a week or so, so not really seen visual results as yet, but the toothpastes are nice anyway. They are quite small tubes, which I read about prior to purchasing so bought two lots. However you have a day and night tube so I guess if you consider that, it's about normal anyway.

I used to use other whitening strips that made my teeth so sensitive. But I can say that after using Novashine for about 2 weeks, my teeth have been better than ever. I feel like after 15 days of using Snow, my results are just okay. I haven’t really noticed improvement in whiteness of my teeth, but I have noticed that a lot of the stains have gone away. Here’s to hoping whiteness improves with time

The shopping experience was great, but unfortunately the WP-660 Waterpik was out of stock. I need it in ten days, when my wife gets her braces, so I will have to buy it elsewhere. I did want to give you more of my money, though! UPDATE: I got a nice follow-up message the next day telling me the Waterpik was back in stock, but I'd already ordered it elsewhere. I ordered 6 micro-motors that were on sale. I was told that I was going to receive my products in 2 weeks. But only after the payment was made they sent me the final invoice including a note saying that I would receive the package in 4 to 8 weeks. After many e-mail back and forth trying to cancel the order. The owner that barely speaks English (by the way... the worse person I had to deal in my 20 years doing business) told me that the money will only be refund back to my credit card account after 4 weeks. Now, I have to fight in court to get my money back, plus the damages caused by this company!!!!

Do NOT go anywhere near this place. I am on the verge of legal action against them. They charged me 749.00 and want to send me 250.00 set of veneers for their remakes with no refund of the difference. I have repeated for them to remake what I paid for. They are refusing to do their part.I am still waiting for the 2nd impression kit they said they would mail out to me 2 weeks ago. The rep just confirmed it was never mailed out. I ordered these June 11. It is August and I am still fighting with them. The quality is the worse I have ever seen. They are bulky and look like I have a mouth piece in. My tops were so bad, they dont even snap in place. The bottoms wont go down all the way because they are too small. The rep told me today that they I will NOT get any refund. My only option is to accept the 250.00 classic veneers BUT I have to pay 749.00 for them.... Dont touch this company. You will regret it.

Scam for your money. Cannot believe how unhappy I am with this product. A tooth behind a tooth?? Wouldn't mind if they had smoothed it out to make it look like one tooth but when I open my mouth I'm not receiving compliments I'm being laughed at with two teeth. Honestly shocking I would of gone for the natural set if I would of known the straighter would look like this avoid!!!! Because she basically told me to be happy with what I've got given

Root canal was done by Yasmeen and she did a very messy job, since she done the it I can't even eat from the left side. I had to see few more dentist and must pay more to get it fixed because it actually now it's very painful. I'm my opening surgery has only few good dentist ( private if you pay) but under NHS they are not experienced. I'm very enoyed because you can't even go to their page to make a complaint. Not happy at all, will find a better clinic.

I’ve dealt with Dr Archana Srikanthan to help improve acne scars and hyper pigmentation on my skin. I am currently in the course of my treatment. The first thing I would like to say is how approachable and understanding Dr Srikanthan is. She takes the needs of her patients and their concerns seriously before recommending a a tailored plan to address the issue. She provides expert advise throughout the process and is always on hand to answer any queries I have. I have only been using my personal skincare routine for several days but already see a significant difference in my skin. The hyper pigmentation is clearing and my acne scars are fading. I have not developed any further pigmentation and often am complimented on glowing skin. Thank you Arch Aesthetics for these results.

I was visiting NJ to see my brother and had dental emergency. My brother recommended Dr. Memoli. My husband called him and explained the situation. They immediately set up my appointment. When I went there staff was very nice and Dr Memoli was very patience. He checked and told me I chipped my tooth. He performed the procedure and my tooth looks and feels great now. No pain at all. The fee was very reasonable, not that mattered in an emergency, but still.

Been going to No Gaps for a good 2 years now and experienced no issues until my recent visit. I came in a few days ago for the purpose of teeth clean only. The dentist that treated me didn't seem to care too much about the cleaning part but instead was looking into other procedures which I didn't request for. The cleaning process was very quick, a lot faster than usual which I had to question. Then he went on and did a few xrays because I said to be careful of one of my tooth because it is sensitive. Next asked if I wanted to fix my tooth gap and that it can be done "for free". Before I agreed to any of this it has already been set up and his assistant was told to bring out the equipment. He seemed to be really pushing for it and I thought he was genuinely looking to help, even though I did find it weird that he barely paid attention to cleaning my teeth which was the initial request. I been completely naive agreed for it to be done. Little did I know the horror until I saw the claim receipt. OVERCHARGED WHAT??! Total it came out to be $970 and they milked most of my health cover which was meant to be used for a future root canal treatment. I am kicking myself because I was completely unaware. So a normal teeth clean came out with 3 xrays and 2 bond fillings. Annoyed because aren't you meant to educate the client before doing this??? Instead they're milking every cent on over charged services for someone that doesn't know. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I did enjoy going to No Gaps until now. I definitely feel robbed.

Second thing you'll notice is that [name removed] is nowhere to be seen after the first appointment and once you've signed up - once you've signed, the bait and switch occurs. * Repeated breaking of brackets and wires within hours and days of fitting * Multiple young, inexperienced orthodontists you've never seen before * Contradictory advice from the previous appointment * Rude practice staff * Fees that are overcharged at the beginning in order to offer you a "substantial discount" at the end, * Small referral network to oral surgeons that rough, rude and painful * Errors in invoicing that always seem to be not in your favor0 At the end of the first phase of treatment, [name removed] shows up again to try and get you to sign up for the second phase and extract more dollars from your bank account. At this point, we went elsewhere. The new orthodontist candidly told us that they would have done the work that Full Face Orthodontics had done for around 1/2 the price that we were charged. Full Face Orthodontics spitefully didn't even provide the Xrays that WE had paid top dollar for. Neither was the new orthodontist impressed at all with the treatment that they saw had been performed. And strangely enough, not once did the new orthodontist's brackets break off. No positive points for Full Face Orthodontics whatsoever. Avoid, unless you like seeing your child curled up crying in agony. Extremely disappointed in our referring dentist for being sucked in by the slick marketing...

I did the 30minute treatment which they split into two 15 minute sessions. The guy was friendly but I was just sat into the chair without checking my teeth first or determining the colour pre-treatment. I was given something like a teeth guard with gel on it to put Into my mouth. The gel itself didn't hurt on my teeth - the blue light is coming from a rather flimsy looking arm and in case you move you have no idea if it's still pointing at your teeth or not. The protection glasses didn't look like they had been cleaned before and nobody explained why I needed them in the first place. Afterwards I was shown a mirror and to be honest I didn't see much of a difference but since the colour wasn't checked before it's easy to tell yourself they look whiter because after all you just spent 30 minutes and not a small amount of money to whiten them. They go straight on to selling you special tooth paste and a whitening pen to maintain results. Do yourself a favour and pass on this one. There was nothing to be gained and to me it's a huge scam. The experience I had was nothing like the little video on their website. It was a chair in the middle of a shopping mall. Not recommended. I've been looking at my teeth all day and they look exactly the same colour. Huge disappointment.

She tried using scare tactics to pressure me into getting further treatment due to her not being able to view the Xrays. I do not recommend this place to anyone. -Booked my second filling for the year in December -asked them if possible for earlier date as it might get risky in case it gets postponed but was assured 'should not be a problem' -come on the appointment date got a call an hour earlier saying doctor has left and need to reschedule next year as no appointment available in the current year -asked them if there was anything can be done as if it gets done next year I lose $300 on my annual limit but was advised nothing can be done. I was ready with a different doctor as well. This was my second time in this dental clinic and looks like will not be coming for the third one.

I called today for asking if I missed it or not and they don’t even notice it and the attitude is very bad and don’t even apologise for it. Just saying we can’t do anything about it !

I have just finished up a series of 7 fillings with Dr Sinclair and couldn't be happier with the results and the experience. In each session she was gentle, professional and efficient. The entire thing was virtually painless and completely stress free. Which is a big call from someone who has actively avoided the dentist for several years! once again have a healthy smile!

My teeth had moved so much over the last 15 years since I got my braces removed. I decided to go to Wonder Smile & they have been incredible!! No need for regular check ups at a dentist - I only needed 1 appointment to get a 3D scan then an orthodontist made my retainers to align my teeth & all the stages arrived at my house in one box! No one can even tell that Im wearing them as they are completely invisible but everyone has commented on how straight my teeth are!! I feel so much more confident now.

I ordered a two pack of the whitening pens about three weeks ago, and the suggested lead time for delivery has elapsed. I'm not in a big rush for the products, but what really irks me is that I have received no response to two follow up emails asking how far away my order is. The website has no chat function, there is no phone number, just the email address that they clearly do not manage well. I suggest not supporting businesses that do not provide appropriate follow up service for their products - find another teeth whitening system, these guys are shocking.

It's only looking back that I see, the lies start the day of my first visit, when I'm told I will be getting a surgeon who has a gentle manner ,but as it turns out is the head of the company and has not worked for years as a surgeon (according to Steve O Brien ) or at the London branch at all! I end up with Rudra ( Rudi ) Mukherjee instead, without being told or more appropriately, warned.. Rudra Mukherjee shouts loudly at me, when I meet him for the first and only time, while I am in the examination chair, in a room full of strangers that I also was not warned would be there, in the same room....I feel like a lab rat...very embarrassing and humiliating when discussing sensitive and emabarrassing problems. I later find out Stuart Kilner has organised this get together of his colleagues, so they can see how good he is with people. I wished he had considered my feelings before inviting them, as it's horrible removing my painful teeth infront of these strangers, who I can not even see, as they are way behind the back of my head. I am asked by Stuart Kilner infront of everyone if I would like my surgery all done on the same day? This is extra embarrassing as evo have different prices for same day surgery, the procedure I have paid for is for the two day surgery, so I wonder if this is a way of asking me for more money, only infornt of a room full of strangers. Bearing in mind, this is after Rudra Mukherjee had angrily shouted at me too... I feel this is gong to be a horrible day. And it turns out much worse. It was as if Mukherjee's unexpected outburst has poisoned the atmosphere for everyone... Anna Williams ( Rudra Mukherjee's patient coordinator ) kept steering me towards Stuart Kilner, multiple times, for him to carry out my surgery. On reflection , I can see why! Rudra Mukherjee was not happy with my mention of Stuart Kilner's name at all! Mukherjee decided to make a public example of me infront of all these strangers. I later find out Mukherjee is their boss, which is why no one in the room, dares challenge his angry ranting at me. Stuart Kilner is not qualified to carry out my surgery! Anna Williams must have known this, yet she would also have known what Mukhejee was like, as she had worked for him for about a year, she told us... Many weeks later , in a phone call, Anna Williams tried to distance herself from continuously steering me towards Stuart Kilner, by saying "I'm not medically qualified"... and also kept commenting that my friend was "asking questions about the surgery and outcome", as if this was a terrible crime. "You even asked me questions about the procedure" Anna Williams complained, in the phone call! This was a red herring to steer us away from her constant recommending the unqualified Stuart Kilner, for my surgery. Any friend or normal person would be interested if a friend of theirs was having a full jaw restoration and would want to ask a few questions. He had already been encouraged to ask questions by her and Stuart Kilner! Rudra Mukherjee kept checking his mobile ,the day we met him, and especially when my friend tried to speak with him... and avoided eye contact throughout the day. This was strange behaviour for a professional surgeon but i needed to address my long suffering pain, much more urgently than this guys very odd behaviour... My friend made the unforgivable mistake of tentatively asking about Mukherjees shouting and strange behaviour and was told by Steve O' Brien ( head patient coordianter and head of complaints ) that evo are a "teaching hospital"... so that explains that then!? Steve O' Brien then told my friend Mukherjee wanted to take some "time off" and if my friend 'agreed', then my already paid for treatment would be "absolutely guaranteed and completely safe for the next 6 months". My friend didn't want to agree to this at all, as I had planned and worked hard to raise the 18,000, for a long time and was in a lot of pain. I hadn't given ( signed or otherwise ) permission to my friend to agree to any delay to my treatment in my absence or on my behalf... When we went back to get my "guaranteed, completely safe and already paid for treatment" rescheduled, guess what? Steve O' Brien , Anna Williams and Rudra Mukherjee all lied together about my treatment details and about the phoney "guarantee" and about Mukherjee's disturbing shouting at me. I reported Mukherjee to the GDC...Looking back, the warning signs were all there. Anna Williams denying she ever recomended Stuart Kilner...yet even on day of meeting Mukherjee, she was still steering me towards Stuart Kilner ( yet again ) to carry out my surgery, while I was waiting to meet Mukherjee that very day! Anna Williams must have known Mukherjee had an unstable personality and temper , as she had worked for him for a while, she said, so I can't blame her for steering me towards Kilner, who's a nice chap, but not qualified to carry out my surgery! Yet, Stuart Kilmer told my friend he used to carry out 80 percent of ops at the London centre, before Mukherjee arrived...So evo dental had an unqualified surgeon carrying out full arch implant procedures? How could this be? Steve O' Brien offered me to go to Liverpool for my already paid for treatment , as an answer to Mukherjee's bad behaviour, but then cancelled, when Mukherjee warned him to "stop interfering in the patient surgeon relationship"... As Mukherjee never spoke to me, about how I felt about my own treatment, or his plan to delay, then cancel, how can that be called a 'relationship'? My friend was then blamed for "asking too many questions" about the procedure by both Steve O' Brien and Anna Williams, who was now sacred for her job position... This excuse was later changed to "high expectations"! Whatever that is supposed to mean to me? Should my friend have had "low expectations"? ...it may have been better for my treatment outcome if he did. Looking back I can see Steve O' Brien was very dishonest all along, as he was answerable to his boss, Mukherjee!...He knew Mukherjee had shouted angrily at me, totally confusing and shocking me, in front of a room full of strangers... but O' Brien is paid by evo to take care of problems / concerns i.e. to make them 'go away', 'disappear'. For me, O' Brien's role was to 'professionally' cover up Mukherjee's incredibly unethical behaviour, by any means, including by lying... O' Brien also told my friend he would keep Anna Williams and Stuart Kilner "informed" of the many emails we were sending, trying to reschedule my already paid for treatment, under the 'terms' of my "absolutely safe and guaranteed treatment plan", which was another lie, just like my guarantee was.. Anna Williams told me she wasn't kept informed by 'O Brien, about any emails I sent him! She told me, "I knew nothing about them"! Clearly O' Brien was not being honest when he said he "would keep them informed" If Mukherjees abusive and unethical behaviour became public, this would hurt evos 'reputation' and O Brien's job is to look after Evos reputation, regardless of my urgent need for treatment, that I had already paid for! I have the receipt, showing full payment Another lie from O' Brien.. I was no more than Collateral Damage to save Mukherjee's and evos 'reputation'. I would say to O' Brien, "what goes around comes around" and his and Mukherjee's knowingly deceitful, calculated actions caused me real and lasting harm. Anna Williams also lied to me again and again to save her 'reputation', saying , "All those people should have been in that room because that's the way we do it!" and "Your treatment plan was for a day"!.. Yet, I have the papers that clearly show my treatment plan was for two days!.. I did not appreciate being stared at by lots of strangers, without warning, at such a vulnerable time. O' Brien ( Anna Williams'boss ) told my friend, "those people should NEVER have been in that room"... at least that was honest of him to admit! O' Brien's job description, is amongst others, 'complaints manager'. but he is also Anna Williams' trainer. Months later, me and a friend, attempted to lodge a formal complaint about evos fraudulant "guarantee " and surprise, surprise...O' Brien sent back the message: " I am away from my desk"... he never replied, so he would not have to take my complaint! Weeks went by and he still never replied. He was always "on holiday" or "away from my desk" whenever we would try to reschedule my already paid for treatment, under the so called "absolutely safe treatment plan guarantee" O' Brien also told my friend, that I should spend the money that I worked so hard to get for my treatment, on a cruise instead of having treatment! Seriously!?? I was in great dental pain, and needed the treatment I had already paid for in full, yet O' Brien head of complaints ) was now trying to get rid of me via a cruise!? I needed medical treatment to end my dental agony and O' Brien wanted me to spend the money that would end my agony on a cruise instead! How did this guy become head of anything in a dental company!? If your thinking of visiting this company , don't show too much interest in the procedure , as it could get your treatment cancelled, ( without you ever knowing ) The GDC said it has reminded Mukherjee how to communicate with patients.. O' Brien's denial of this fact is a paid for denial. Anna Williams and Rudra Mukherjee were both vehemently argumentative and never once asked how I was, throughout the time when I trying to get my 'absolutely safe and guaranteed' and already paid for treatment rescheduled! Despite the ever changing website encouraging your questions, that's not the reality and the 'complaints procedure' is purely cosmetic and certainly not one that will ever involve you, the patient! I am talking to a legal firm and discussing action against this dreadful and deceitful company.

All is well with my new smile and me. once again seen Dr Stuart this man just feels you with confidence what a gentleman told me my mouth is In great shape everything is fine thank you so much Dr Stuart. nurse Anna was there 2 she was with me same day as surgery back in March 2019 lovely lady takes the up most care of you then on way out seen the wonderful caring Dr Rudi who did my original surgery we spoke for a while this man has changed my life literally from feeling low sad no confidence 2 feeling amazingly happy like Dr Rudi says that’s why they do it a true gentleman then I have a coffee before leaving made by the wonderful Valentina then we chat a while like she says she can see the difference 2 lovely lady very welcoming and warm personality i thank everyone that works at evo who I didn’t see that I’ve seen on my journey and met before. Be VERY careful if you choose to use this company. I paid $895 and received my impression kit fairly quickly. They were unhappy with all three impressions, so for another $10, I was sent another kit. Again, they were unhappy with the three new impressions (that's a total of 6 impressions top and bottom). They offered me a video session to get the impressions just right. I took off from work to do the session, and they blew me off. No session, no email, and now I've missed work. At this point, I decided I was done with them. Trying to get a refund from this company is EXTREMELY difficult. I had to threaten them with filing a claim with both AMEX and the BBB. I left a 1-star review here on TrustPilot, and they finally agreed to a refund so long as I complied with their demand to delete the review (seriously?!). They tried to keep $69.99 for the impression kit when it was only $39.99. After sending screenshots and having to argue with a very unprofessional 'resolution specialist' named James Myles, I received my refund of $855 within a few days. I blocked this company from my email, and my AMEXand set up a fraud alert on my CC, just in case they try to charge me again. I believe this company does work successfully for some people, and that's fantastic. They are definitely cheaper than a lot of other options out there, but there's a reason for that. Just be VERY SURE you want to go through the hassle of taking the impressions and dealing with these people via email only (they do have a phone number, but it's outsourced to India, and their customer support is extremely bare-bones) because if you need/want a refund, it is NOT a pleasant experience (read the negative reviews). I honored my 'refund agreement' and removed my original 1-star review of this company. I never said I wouldn't leave another review with a different rating, though, so here it is.

I paid $895 in full on Jan 25th for these aligners (Order #112196). They sent me a kit but were unhappy with the way the impressions turned out. They needed to send me another kit (for an additional $10 charge), and it arrived promptly. However, they were unhappy with THOSE impressions as well. They offered me two different time slots for a video session. I picked one, took time off work, and they BLEW ME OFF. No email, no video session, and now I've missed half a day of work. I emailed them my dissatisfaction with their unprofessional business practices and requested a refund. No one replied to my email. I called and spoke to 'Ethan' who was extremely vague and said yes, my case had been escalated and I should receive an email shortly. He tried to get off the phone, but when I asked SPECIFICALLY when I would receive my refund, he tripped over himself with gibberish non-answers. When I continued to press, he said 5-7 days then hurried off the phone. I have still not received an email. I have contacted American Express and will be filing a claim with them. I will wait one week (as advised by AMEX). If I have not received my FULL refund of $895 by Wednesday, March 2nd, I will file my AMEX claim, I will file a claim with the BBB, and I will leave this one-star review on every single platform I can find where this company is reviewed. All I want is my money back. If I get that back, I'll delete this review, file no claims, and move on with my life.

Our family have been going to Gentle Dental for around 7 years now and despite having moved away from the area, we have no intention of changing dentists! I applied Friday afternoon and received conditional approval within an hour or so. I signed the contract and read how high the interest rate was, but Medipay was my only option. Had my braces fitted in September 2019. Today they’ve been taken off and I couldn’t be happier. My top teeth were protruding slightly, they have since I was a child due to sucking my thumb when I was younger ????????♀️ I have always been conscious of them and my smile. Dr Dan was honest from the beginning. He talked me through the motions and expectations of the final outcome. I’m really pleased I went ahead with it. Helped massively with their finance, interest free over 2 years. The girls on reception were second to none!!! Always greeted with smiles, and sitting in the waiting room could always hear one of them humming or singing along with smooth radio ???? Great experience all round.

I have just travelled back from turkey after having implants on my top and lower jaw, all on six. Sonege organised my treatment plan for me and organised acct and someone to pick me up from the airport, the service was excellent. The clinic was spotlessly clean and the staff were very nice. The treatment was uncomfortable but was something that really had to be done. The man who done my temporary teeth was also very helpful. I will be going back in 4-6 months to finish my treatment once my implants have settled down and to have my crowns fitted. Don’t think about it do it, you won’t regret it. I’m very pleased with the service I received from dental excellence and hope my second trip will be as good as the first trip.

my name is Ryan and after many years of not being able to smile because of the state of my teeth I decided to go to turkey to have some work done. I was nervous before I went, but as soon as I landed in Antalya dental excellence Turkey looked after me from the very start. A driver took me straight to my hotel and drove me to the clinic the next day. The clinic was very clean and modern and the treatment was professional and painless, I had three extractions and twenty Emax crowns and I’m so happy I can finally smile again. Unfortunately our order was mistakenly shipped to Georgia instead of Alaska. Well over a month to get our items. The "refurbished Gendex x-ray unit had plastic covers for the hinge points on the arm which will not stay in place unless taped together. Disappointing. Then COVID hits, I asked for some touch up paint the same color as the refurbished unit (to cover scratches that Burkhart made during install), still waiting. Very personable service, seemingly willing to shoot for 5 stars, but haven't yet hit the mark. I would still refer people, but, by obligation of trust will have to share my experience as well.

I used to have to deal with almost always having food stuck between my teeth or in places my toothbrush couldn't reach. I tried new toothbrushes and then decided that it wasn't my toothbrush that needed changed, I needed to upgrade my dental routine! I looked for good brands and then I came across Waterpik. Ever since I got it my teeth have been extremely clean! Not only is it easy to use but it makes it easier to have clean teeth with minimum effort.

I should have bought two from the start. My daughter stopped sucking her left thumb then compensated using the right. Callous on her left thumb started to heal after 2 days and getting better every day. I tried everything before this, nail polish, hot sauce, wrapping her thumb with cloth tape, formulas specific to deter thumb sucking, ointments, polish, you name it... we tried it. I only wish I knew about this sooner.

I have suffered from bad breath for many, many years. I have tried every home remedy, over the counter, and even prescriptions drugs because I thought it was due to acid reflux. NOTHING worked. I brushed 2/3 times a day. Flossed after each meal. Drank slots of water. Alway had gum on me. I was so embarrassed by my bad breath that I distanced myself from everyone. I stressed when I knew I had to be around people, afraid they would smell my breath. My confidence was completely destroyed. I had literally gave up hope of living a normal live. The 1Dental plan saved me more than the plan offered by the Dentist. I signed up a paid over my phone and 30 minutes later, I saved the entire plan cost and $200. The oral surgeons office was able to easily find my plan. I could not of been happier, until they pulled the tooth.) Thank You 1Dental.

James in customer care was so nice and polite and very helpful. I asked for a price list and He emailed me one. Just had some work done at Dr. Graham's in Ormond Beach, Fl. They are great also. Keep up the good work. You just saved me a bunch of money and that is very helpful when one is living on Social Security. Thank you so much all of you and especially James. Stay safe!!
