Just came across them on Google. Ordered on Thurs 7th over the phone and told delivery would be the following Monday 11th-which it was. They sent me a text & email on Sunday at the pre-agreed time of 4.30pm to give me a 2hr time slot for the next day. Driver called ahead to tell me he was almost here. 2 very pleasant delivery folks-man & woman. Good price on my dishwasher & they price-matched for me. Will definitely check them out 1st next time

As someone who loves home life especially daily cooking, I would like everything in the kitchen just as fine as art! So I tried everywhere for a site where I can get prompt delivery and high-quality kitchen assets. The site's products match my appetite for an ideal kitchen. Then I keep on using this for 4 years.

Cheapest around and the service was flawless delivered in a 2 hour slot with a text the day before , honestly can't fault 365 electrical

Goods were delivered as stated - delivered on time and with all the promised pre-warnings, including a call from the pleasant delivery driver giving a 20 minute warning. It makes life much easier when you know when to be available to receive goods. Excellent service.

I recently purchased a Hotpoint washing machine from 365 the price was the best online. Where they seem to let themselves down is in customer communication. It took me ringing them several times before I got a confirmed delivery date. If your shopping at 365 make sure you are not in a hurry and are prepared to chase them.

We were very pleased with the service from 365 Electrical from start to finish, the delivery men were very good, polite & obliging, would certainly recommend Craig Ward & Curtis Morris they phoned me 30mins before delivery to firm up on the time of delivery which was excellent. We were phoned early in the morning to advise time of arrival, driver and mate arrived on time, followed instructions regarding the trademan's entrance. Goods all fine, was using it within an hour of delivery! Would definitely use 365 electrical again!

This is the third appliance I have purchased with 365 electrical. I have always found them 100% reliable. They text/ email the evening before your delivery day telling you what time your delivery slot is and then on the day they call you when they are about 20 minutes away. Delivery is free too. Can't say fairer than that!

Good service, if item is in stock it's usually delivered next day within 2 hour time slot. Our order for an LG Microwave was delivered the day after. This had been noted when ordering, the delivery was 30 minutes after the 2 hour time slot. I have bought from 365 Electrical on a previous occasion and received fantastic service.

I am delighted with 365. They sent just the right amount of emails to keep me informed: I got annoyed with another online electrical supplier as they sent far too many texts. I had accidentally ordered a freezer which would have been too tall so rang up about this to change the order and was treated very helpfully by a nice man who sorted things out quickly. The delivery driver arrived bang on time and was also very nice. Would definitely use 365 from now on when we next need to replace a broken appliance.

Very pleased with the service we were provided by 365 electricals when purchasing our new Philips TV. We were updated when it was available from the manufacturer and given an estimated delivery date. Delivered on the designated day, on time and the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. Other companies should take note from this excellent service. Would recommend friends and family to use this company. Thanks again.

Bought this cooker for our daughter.....She loves it, just what she wanted.....Delivery was exactly as promised, by a very friendly delivery man.....Would definitely recommend and buy from again...Excellent all round!

excellent service e-mail night bedfore to state when delivery would be between a two hour time slot, then rang to say next morning the precise time the delivery driver was helpful and happy to stand the Haier freezer where I need it, the freezer is so quiet kept checking to make sure it was working, many thanks

Ordered on the 4th Nov, delivered on a day to suit us..... SATURDAY !!! the 8th Nov. 9.30 am by 2 really nice lads. Very good communications regarding delivery time slot etc via text and email and bargain price to boot. Thank you for a hassle free purchase. A++++++

Living in a small flat a spin drier is essential and this one sits very well in a small space and works well. Thanks for excellent contact with delivery and both men who did the delivery were polite and friendly.

Excellent service.Your driver was spot on time and being early morning was able to my normal day activities without the waiting often incurred. Your man did everything expeditiously as I reported by email on wed 3rd December. A very good jobdone at a very early time.

Great service, fantastic free and quick delivery, ordered one day, delivered the next day, got to order early to get next day delivery but I did it twice and twice before 10 in the morning the items were delivered and at the cheapest price including delivery, can not fault the service.
