I previously owned a competitor brand and ended up replacing 3 halogen bulbs that were always going out @ $30.00 a bulb. We knew to steer clear of that mess and got a Proline w LED's Love the dual fans as the grease and steam end up outside (not stuck to cabinets and walls) ! Very happy and satisfied!

In today's day and age of disposable goods it's great to know that there is a company that stands behind their product. My 6 year old ventless ceiling hood got whacked by an electrical issue during a power outage. I called Proline, filled out a repair ticket in which I described my issue and within 24 hours my new parts were ordered. I spoke with Harmoni in customer service and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. My experience was incredible. Thanks Proline!

We have had the range hood for almost 2 years now and it is excellent. Couldn't be happier. Far superior to our to our older range hood in every way. The quality and performance are above expectations and the pricing was great.

I've had this hood for 11 years and it's fantastic. I recently shorted out the circuit board while cleaning. (My fault didn't turn off the breaker) contacted customer service and their response was quick and amazing. I'm planning on purchasing another on of the Proline hoods for an upcoming kitchen remodel.

I remodeled several years ago and chose to go with a ProLine ProSW.42 hood for its great looks, performance and superior lighting. Recently the touch pad failed and I turned to ProLine support to get it fixed. Brittney responded to my email promptly and requested additional info. to ensure that I would get the correct parts for my units problem. We have a five year old unit and the off/on switch and light switch ceased working. My email explaining my dilemma was responded to within an hour of sending it to ProLine Range Hoods. Brittney requested a photograph of the hood panel which I furnished and by the following afternoon received a response that they had the part and it was ready for shipment. I'm fairly handy and installation directions are to accompany the part. We are looking forward to having the range hood back operating. When it is working even the lowest setting vents smoke, steam and odors from the kitchen efficiently.

I bought a 60" range hood for my outdoor grill. Looks great. Easy to use. Was also very easy to install

I purchased this range hood in 2016. The warranty is 3 years. I had a module that just went bad and they are sending me the parts for no charge. This just shows the company that they are. Awesome products and exceptional customer service

I bought proline range hood PLFW 755.30 back in June 2017. The product looks amazing once installed and the material is of very good quality. Installation instructions were simple and easy to follow.

Recently I had issues with the LED light going out, however the customer service was prompt and offered quick replacement. This shows that proline not only provides good products but also take care of their customers.

I highly recommend product from proline as the products are well made and they have excellent customer service.

Installed my proline hood 4 years ago and it has worked well and have gotten many compliments on it. Recently I started having issues with the fan speed and I called in to order the parts expecting to pay top $$ and was pleased to know parts are reasonable. Service has been good and expect a long service life out of this.

The price point was the first reason we dealt with Proline, we have a six burner Kitchenaid stove and needed a hood large enough with enough power to deal with 70,000 BTUs going at once (occasionally). The hood has done its job well. The only negative is that the electronics are somewhat exposed to eventual grease buildup, which may be why the board needed replacing after five years; however, the folks I have dealt with at Proline have always been very helplful and got me the correct replacement parts right away.

I highly recommend both Proline's products, and service.

I purchased a PLJW 125.30 range hood about seven years ago as a surprise for my wife upon her return from a visit with her family . She had been requesting we get a hood for quite awhile and it was finally time to honor that request. However my first choice proved to be a major disappointment . After purchasing the best Home Depot had in stock and installing it, it failed miserably in exhausting the smoke created by my inept cooking skills. I returned the hood and then had the good fortune of coming across Proline Range Hoods on the web . I ordered the PLJW 125.30
which arrived promptly with great installation instructions . Beautiful to look at with operation and functionality vastly superior to other products I have encountered, as I have seen many when at work . ( I am a self employed carpenter by trade now at the age of 69 doing a lot of repair and restoration work). Not to mention that my wife was thrilled when she returned from her trip to find the addition of a truly professional hood sitting above her stove . COULD NOT BE HAPPIER !

I have a 48" hood since 2016 over my gas grill that has been excellent. I developed a problem with the lights, and customer service was rapidly responsive to get it fixed. Very happy with their product and their service.

I have over twenty-five years experience working every position in a busy kitchen from dishwasher to executive chef. One thing I learned over the years: great quality pays for itself over time. Five years ago, when it came time to build a new kitchen in our home, we chose a Proline wall mount from their Commercial Quality line. This is a well-engineered unit with plenty of power and a clean design.

We have had events with up to 50 people in our home, cooking while entertaining, and have been very happy with the performance of this hood. With multiple fan levels it can be powerful enough for the task at hand and quiet enough to allow conversation.

One more thing to consider: service. When we experienced a problem with our lights, Proline responded immediately. Great product and from a company with great people.

I purchased the ProSW.48 range hood for an outdoor kitchen back in 2015. It's a beautiful hood and it's worked flawlessly for 5 years. I'm having an electrical issue with it and so far they've been great to deal with in troubleshooting and offering to get the parts to me free of charge. Glad I chose this company t o deal with!

We have had a Proline 54 Range hood since 2015 and very happy. It is well built and nice looking and superb at removing smoke/steam. It is not noisey either. The lights over the range are wonderfully bright......We get tons of compliments on how great it looks. The stainless is spotless all these years later. We are very happy. The company is great to work with and good customer service. Is a very large purchase but worth every penny

We bought this beautiful 36" Wall Range Hood - PLFW750.36 6 years ago. Not only, they sell high-quality products, but they also provide unbelievable and very reliable customer service to their clients'satisfaction, whether the client has a warranty or not.

I’ve had the hood close to 7 years now. It’s definitely a very nice feature of our kitchen. Functionally it works really well, exhausting large amounts of air outside. Aesthetically, it’s ties the whole room together. Stainless is easy to clean, lighting is bright, and the fan is super powerful. Would recommend!
