All Buzz Domestic Services

This is a scam which I reported to the ACCC and WA Consumer Protection. The bond cleaning was not done as agreed on the phone. No invoice provided. I’m still waiting for a refund weeks later. Stay away!

I proceeded with Buzz Bond Cleaning over the recommended real estate cleaners because of the fantastic Google Reviews and guarantee to return if the job is unsatisfactory (as you’ll see on their website). Now I’m informed by the real estate agent that the job is unsatisfactory. I call, text and email Buzz Bond Cleaning for them to honour their guarantee. No response. I’m really unhappy with this outcome and I’d recommended only proceeding with your real estate’s recommended cleaner.

It was 8 years, not 10 years.

Neither of your cleaners said they could bring it to Real Estate standard. They did a quick inspection of all rooms. Mentioned the property damage. Said they’d only do inside the house. Asked how much I was quoted. And wrote up the invoice.

Yes, you did email me asking for the final inspection report. I provided it from the real estate agent. Your cleaners didn’t return to finish off the simple things like the dirt in the sliding doors. Wipe down the screen doors. And so on... a very average job done even to my standards.

You provided a guarantee over the phone. Your entire website guarantees to return if unsatisfactory. You failed to do the bond clean. I do not recommend you!

Follow up to this, Buzz Bond Cleaning refuses to return to the property to finalise the job. They’ve stated they provide no guarantee that is all over their website. They’re average cleaners that do not finalise the job for the client. They have not returned my phone calls, texts or emails. Extremely unprofessional.

Where am I missing the part that says "we provide no guarantee for cleaning" ???

What I understood with my experience( on 11 March 2020) is as follows
1. They are not a cleaning company but just sub contracts they seem to assign work to multiple people at a cheaper cost( so you can understand the quality of work delivered at your end ).they are just making money and someone else is doing the work.
2. It is your responsibility to co-ordinate with multiple parties if they face any issue with people not coming on time or not coming at all. Complete failure even as a coordinator from them.
3. Even after signing the contract and giving 7 days warranty they will not do anything as it seems they need to pay contractors more money in order to get the rework done.
4. Once the work is done and is not done up to the mark ( you have shared the same with cleaning team that this does not look good so you may need come again to fix the things) allbuzzcleaning team will not try to understand your part of the story and instead will try to scare you with harsh words that you don't call them or ask for refund.
5. Contractors hired by them doesn't seem to be professional as I shared with them the work done is not up to the mark. As a small example for me they cleaned the window panes twice but could not get the streaky marks away from them and they looked bad then before as they did not know how to do the work similarly I requested them to clean some of the things again as they looked very bad just in order to avoid them to revisit again on complaint by property manager and allbuzz team did not wanted to listen or understand my part of the story and started using harsh words on call I had to get the cleaning done again by different service team and had to pay twice for same work.
6. Even after paying money they did not share professional carpet cleaning completion receipt even after requesting with them.
7. With the tone used by the representative on call we even got scared and did not try to call her back again for breaching the contract and not refunding our money. It is better to be safe from these people.
8. It is embarrassing situation for good tenants like us to face property managers even after paying heavy amounts for professional cleaning and things are not done in good way.
9. We had a good property manager that helped us get a new cleaning team and get the things done on our behalf at half the cost what I paid to them.

Gentle request please avoid using the brand and service as they seem to be intermediary and will subcontract your work with others and not value your money or time.

First clean of many on a once a week basis while recovering from surgery, husband and wife team arrived (Sunum) explained what I needed briefly and let them get on with it. I was very happy with the cleaning/ dusting and tidying also a lovely couple so very happy.

I recently had the cleaning company "all buzz cleaning" quote $400 on 4 jobs to be done at my house. Windows and tracks, oven 9 venetian blinds and 3 rooms of carpet. After arriving 30 minutes late... They missed 2 blinds ..Tracks were only vacumed, and the 3 rooms of carpet (brown) were left saturated which took 28 hours to dry.. The carpets were left blotchy and the rooms smell... I emailed the company but have not heard back. (not very proffesional). I would like them to come and have a look at my carpets,,as i will have to have them redone !!

Had a clean done on the 21st of March, Bathrooms looked great and floors were very clean once they were finished. Very satisfied. Will contact again for future cleans. a

We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers.
