This is the 4th time we have used Alps2Alps to transfer us to Meribel from Geneva airport. This year we had a larger party and we required 2 mini buses. The drivers were waiting for us at the airport and the transfer was seamless as was the collection at the end of the weekend. I would definitely recommend them.

I use Alps2Alps about 3 times a season and have done for a number of years. They are always on time and are totally reliable. The drivers have been friendly (stopping when the kids feel sick!) and professional. The buses are new and clean with water and wifi. The prices are very competitive. If you are looking for a ski transfer then I would recommend them without hesitation. The booking process is easy and they always respond promptly to emails. They take the stress out of transfers.

I have used Alp to Alps about eight times now. The fleet of minibuses are all eight seaters and swallow up large amounts of luggage no problem. The price is very competitive which normally often beats the French, Swiss and English companies. The only area that I would say that could be improved is the driver isn’t always waiting for you. He is sometimes in a car park close by. I think parking at Geneva is expensive and they minimise costs by reducing the car park waiting times so on a few occasions I have had to call them to ask the location of my driver but I have always found him within 15 minutes. I think this is partly my fault I fly with hand luggage only and I guess they assume you are going be about 45 minutes after landing and as I fly with hand luggage only and know Geneva airport well I am through in about 20 minutes. The mini bus all appear to have good winter tyres and my apartment is on a steep hill and the mini buses have not had to use snow chains once in the eight trips I have been using alp to alps for the past two years and I am happy to recommend them however of course when you are paying the cheapest price there are some minor draw backs and one being the drivers are not English they are mainly from eastern Europe. All the drivers I have had have been really nice however the level of English spoken is not great with some drivers. That said a few of the drivers have had perfect English Don’t make the mistake of trying to speak French to the drivers has none of the alp to alp drivers that I have come across speak good French. None of the drivers expect a tip which is nice however I always have given a tip as I have been happy with the service. My tip to speed up your collection is to let them know if you are only traveling with hand luggage. I said the price is good however a bit like an airline their price does rise at peak times and on some peak days is higher than smaller taxi companies with a standard fixed price return, that said eight times out of ten I have found alp to alps to be the best! Alp to alps now tell you on thier web site off peak pricing so if you want to travel at different times of the day you can now get a better price.

I booked Alps2Alps to take my son who was traveling alone from Geneva Airport to a chalet and then pick him up a few days later to catch his flight back to the UK. Obviously, I was nervous about my son traveling alone, if they did not show up! Alps2Alps was on time, reliable and everything they said they would do, they did. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent, we booked a private transfer for 2 of us, geneva to Chamonix. We arrived Geneva late on Friday evening so didn't want any hassle. The driver was waiting and we were on our minbus in minutes, Ver y efficient and nice guy, it was exactly the same for our return trip. 10 out of 10 and will use again for sure

I have been skiing in Morzine for many years and Alsp2Alps is the best airport to resort transfer I have ever used.

Great service - have used them a number of times this winter in Switzerland, France & Austria. They have been able to accommodate schedule changes at short notice and have been punctual - even when my flight to Geneva was delayed by 2.5 hours.

We got good service and fast transfer to our Hotel :) When we ahould leave the taxi was ready 15 min before arrival time. Very good !

We also rented ski equipment with you this year and stopped en route to our resort which worked out really well. We will do this again. Again service was fantastic. We did encounter a problem which entirely our fault, I made a call to you and you sorted it straight away.

On time pick up with helpful texts to let us know our driver was here and where he was. Clean and good quality van. Driver knew exactly where he was going. Equally efficient in the return journey. Excellent service!

This is the second time I used Alps2Alps for a transfer from Geneva to a ski resort in France. Both times the pick-up has been on time both ways, the driver well spoken and very helpful and the vehicle has been in good condition. I also used the ski hire for the first time and picking the skis up on the way saves time, the process was easier than in a a ski shop and the equipment was good value for money. Overall very impressed by the company and the service.
