I got a 86" TV from Game liquidators and they used AM Trucking for delivery. My experience has been fantastic! Easy to track, on time delivery, and professionally done. I would recommend this company to anyone! After seeing so many bad reviews i thought about sharing my experience. They get 5 stars from me and well deserved!

We had a delivery scheduled between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Junior called me 7:00 a.m. to let me know he would be here in about an hour. About an hour later, the guys carefully unloaded my 86” 170 Pound TV. They carefully brought it inside, unboxed and demonstrated the TV would turn on and had no ship damage. They then reboxed it for me. In and out in few minutes. This is the first delivery I have had with AM Trucking. Thanks for an uneventful shipping and delivery process.

It took almost 3 weeks to get our refrigerator but the service when the two gentlemen delivered it was great! They were very kind, courteous and accommodating! A+ :)

Cooktop to be delivered by 5/29 but expect sooner. Now telling me due a week later. Never had this problem with fedex or UPS. Wait time on phone ridiculous then get disconnected when it’s your time.

I live 3 states away from jersey and it’s been 12 days since my tv was “shipped” how is that even possible????

Plessers Appliance Review
AM Delivery


Ordered on November 4th: a Bosch 800 Range. I was promised delivery in a week’s time . Plessers put their confidence in the hands of AM HOME DELIVERY. I am at the end of my rope of trusting Plessers to deliver according to their arrangements.
AM Home Delivery is just an automated call that does not give the buyer any customer support.
Lori @Plessers promised my delivery on November 26th
(Tuesday). I arranged my work schedule to be home for the delivery and installation.
I have been more than patient with Plessers Appliance and AM HOME DELIVERY. Plessers and AM Home Delivery can’t communicate with each other to arrange a simple home Delivery . I can only say that I stress that you should never buy from them and only buy local because the appliance delivery outside of Long Island is beyond their reach .
I found other appliance stores that are local that are less expensive and can deliver in a day or two with installation

I CAN ONLY STRESS THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY FROM PLESSERS ! THEY TRY TO PLACATE YOU AND NEVER DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE. They also screw up on your order and will fine you over $500.00 to return the appliance even though it’s their fault and AM Home Delivery.

The TV was ordered on 3/5 and took till 3/25 to arrive. 20 days to arrive. When the TV arrived from Am home delivery it was the WORST experience IVE ever had in receiving a package. I was told the TV was already open and inspected and that they HAVE to open the box again and turn it on in front of me. If i did NOT agree to this they would take the TV back and reschedule a delivery. They had TWO delivery people but only ONE of them roughly carried the 65" $3,000.00 TV to the front of my garage where I gave them a power cord to plug in the TV. The deliver person took the top of the box off. The box WAS opened already. While doing this the other deliver person was taking pictures. This is in the driveway to my HOME. The TV seemed to power on NOT sure never saw anything. IF I KNEW THAT NEWEGG WOULD USE SUCH SHADY DELIVERY SERVICE I WOULD NEVER EVER HAVE BOUGHT THIS TV FROM THEM AT ANY SALE PRICE. BUYER BEWARE TO CHARGE 160.00 TO DELIVER A TV AND GO THREW AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS IS NOT WORTH ANY SALE....

I bought a fridge out of NJ that shipped on 2/4.. 2/25 now and they cant tell me why its in TX somewhere when it just needed to go to AR. Very poor service.. any positive review on here has to be phony

Orders a dishwasher 1/31. As of 2/25 I STILL don’t have it. AM trucking keeps moving back the delivery date. Ignored 3 emails I sent asking why and what is going on. All I got was a reply saying “you should be mid week”. Customer service is terrible and they lie about the day things will deliver. Don’t use!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst delivery service ever. They are terrible. We needed appliances delivered to an unoccupied rental unit. We asked them to call us 20 minutes in advance so we could get there on time to meet them. They did not call in advance. They called when they arrived and said they would only stay ten minutes. I drove over in 8 minutes and they had left already. They were rude and unhelpful and would not come back that day. Would not schedule to come back for five days. We canceled our order with teh appliance company because AM trucking is so horrible. Do not use them. If your company uses them, cancel your contract. They are bad news and they should all lose their jobs.

Item recieved on 12/2/19 took 3 days before it was processed and in the system showing they had it. Waited for a call and nothing so called on 12/5/19 was told it was being scheduled for delivery and they would be in touch. Waited till following week 12/9/19 called back was told it was missed for the weeks delivery to the area and would try to deliver by the end of the week. Called back at end of week 12/13/19 asking for a call back and recieved no response. Finally 12/17/19 item was scheduled called in had location, time, type of delivery answered prior to confirming for the Thursday 12/19/19 delivery date. Recieved a call around 10 am on 12/19 and no message another from new york and left message and returned call to and was told there was a GPS location that led to the order routing error and my item was now in Shreveport La 4 hrs aways when iive only 2.5 from Houston and delivery now will not be till 12/23/19 and then was hung up on by Jesse. I have called a hand full of time over these weeks and heard them type out numerous emails word for word with details and yet not only no response but slow to schedule and deliver then problems and even had the purchase store email management and ownership and the response read to me was utter lies trying to cover for the incompetence and blaming me instead.

I ordered a complete kitchen set after waiting many years. Upon arrival, I wanted to make sure everything was just right. What I got was even better. Charlie and Marcos took extra time unloading everything and going over each appliance. They listened to my concerns and travelled up 5 stairs with some heavy appliances. Always kept a smiling face, were kind, and never hurried even though they had other deliveries before they could return home!! This is a great delivery service, but they are only as good as their people and they have great people!! Marcus and Charlie should be given a raise!!

Was expected to have my items delivered on or before 12/13. It is now 12/17 and i still have no answer. Called multiple times and was told the "manager is not available". The manager is never available and the rep specifically told me that the manager does not take calls from customers because she does not want to deal with their b***s***. That was the exact words I was told from the gal who I spoke to. The Ohio managers name is Jessica but I have yet to receive any info back about my order. Was told on 3 separate occasions that i would be "guaranteed" a call back. No call back yet.... Absolute terrible service and personnel working there in my experience. Please do not use if you are looking to ship anything.

I ordered an item on the 28th of November and to date, it has still not shown up. It is only due to be delivered two days before the new year. The item has been in transit from New Jersey to the West Coast. Let's start with why you could probably trust a transit company run by chimpanzees more than AM Trucking (at the very least they'd be more entertaining).

1) The website that is provided for tracking purposes is straight out of the mid 1990s and doesn't even feature encryption.
2) The website doesn't get updated very often. The last status update I have is more than two weeks old
3) This company likes to blame the weather for everything
4) Trucks are not tracked, truck drivers don't respond when staff give them a call, all estimates are wild guesses
5) The delivery terminal has no idea when trucks come in, they just unload them when they do

To the credit of some people in the customer service team, they are a generally courteous and polite bunch but ultimately powerless and at the whim of incompetent drivers and management.

Ships cross the Pacific Ocean in 30 days. In 30 days this pathetic excuse for a delivery company can't get a truck from the East Coast of the US to the West Coast

Only deliver to this area once a week. Got email with delivery date and time. They went to the wrong house and now I have to wait another week. Horrible service and very rude on phone. Never again.

Delivery ordered Jan 10th. Item delivered Mar 15th. Absolutely the best prices if you can wait a few months for delivery.

Ian and Victor delivered my washer/dryer on 12/11/17. They called ahead, arrived promptly, and were very professional. The delivery went very smoothly and they made sure to clean up before leaving. It was a great experience.
