I used one of Appliance master's technician (Shane) recently for getting the dryer fixed. few things to note:
1. technician arrived late (which might be beyond his control)..so not a big issue but I would expect punctuality from a reputed company.
2. After he opened up the dryer, he found the problem and wanted us to pay >200$ for a door switch for fixing it. That is expensive but again I can not argue as on the spot, they can tell you what they like.
3. we decided not to fix the dryer and told him to wrap up the dryer machine and paid him money for his visit. Once he left we noted strange noise in the dryer and obviously he did not close the machine properly. When we called him to mentioned this, he showed his disappointment and it sounded like he was upset because we decided not to fix it...But remember we did pay him for his visit...i was surprised by his professional behavior..but he did come back and finished his work..
I would not recommend use them again!

I used Appliance Master about 30 days ago. They were on time and efficient.
They ordered a part for a washer that i didn't need and the Technician said i would have my refund in 2 to 4 days. This never happened and since then, they continuously make excuses for sending me a refund check. iIve called and emailed them approx 20 times, including their President, who shared his email on their website, and still have gotten nowhere with not 1 return call or email.
I would never recommend this Company to anyone as they are dishonest and never follow-up

I had called another service company who promised to be at my home between 9 and 11. At 10:50 they called to reschedule for the next day. I was very annoyed as I had taken a vacation day and thought it very rude that they waited to later in the day to call
I called Appliance Master right away thinking I would need to take another day off the following week. To my delighted surprise I was asked if 2:30 THAT DAY was convenient! The service person showed up exactly on time. He was very courteous, identified the problem quickly and did the repair
I was truly delighted with the whole service experience. I will be recommending Appliance Master to my friends

A $412.00 job changed to $1,021.00 for a part for a dishwasher. A duplicate invoice was e-mailed to me which I did not bother to check because it hjad the same number however the price was changed. Aplliance Master called the friday prior to installation of part to confirm I received the price increase when they knew it a month ago. Very poor business operations.

The representative was pleasant and knowledgeable, HOWEVER, It should NOT take two weeks for Appliance Master to get a part for a refrigerator that is only 5 years old. I was without a refrigerator for almost two weeks. I was told that they do not stock the part, but I was not told that it would take 2 weeks to get it in. This was totally unacceptable. If I knew this, I would have called another service company.

We have a refrigerator freezer that is about 8 years old. It was working fine until one day we noticed the mysterious "E" "F" codes appear on the message console.
We called Appliance Master and asked for help. The friendly scheduler took down the Model number of the fridge and dispatched a repairman who arrived the next day.
The repairman "Tom" was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained the problem and ordered the needed parts, a control board and a fan motor immediately using his on-line note book computer. Several days later he replaced the parts and like magic the refrigerator came back to life.
Tom and Appliance Master can handle any appliance problem in my opinion. They are very fast and explain all of the options needed to make an informed repair/replace decision. I recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Appliance Master! Ivan Raupp

We were very very pleased with the work done by the technician; he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside about this job was that they were very late arriving; we received no call until after I tried to get in touch with them. Thereafter, the technician was very good about updating us via cell phone as to his status. I would highly recommend this company.

Repairs for my washer/dryer combo took over a month and a half as parts were on “back-order”. I never heard from the company unless I called them. I decided to use another repair service; they fixed the machine and stated that the "$500 worth of parts on back-order" were not even needed.

ApplianceMaster refused to refund my deposit on the back-ordered parts that hadn't even arrived yet. They insisted this was to compensate them for a "diagnosis" fee, when in fact their diagnosis was incorrect.

Repair man was on time and courteous however after 3x to my house to fix the same problem with a washer it still wasn't fixed. I ended up googling the problem and bought a different part online. I installed it myself in 15 minutes and it now works great. I wish I had done the research online before I called, I would have avoided a service call $$ and installation of a part I didn't need.

I had an appointment for my premier stove on March 11, 2015. At that appointment I told the technician I did want to wait three weeks. He assured me it would be completed in no more than a week to two weeks max. Today's date is april 7, 2015 and my stove is still not fixed. I called twice and asked and was told that they have no control over how long it takes to order parts. After I called twice to inquire about the parts, they called me back to say the part won't be on until at least April 26, 2015. I feel six weeks is unacceptable especially with the Easter holiday and I feel that I should be compensated for the extremely long wait.

I just had the pleasure of meeting Tom, he quickly assessed the problem with my mini-fridge and gave me a great explanation of how the system works. I appreciate his advice and honesty- great job! I'd definitely call again.

Called at 8:30 am had a technician here by 9:30 am the same day!
Dave was knowledgable, helpful and efficient.
I would recommend him to anyone.
