Our Bosh washing machine stopped working after just over 2 years. We thought we are lucky that we took extended warranty and called Winning Appliances and they directed us to Lumley Insurence( by the way is the worst company that I dealt with). Unfortunately Lumley insurence provides their repairs through Sydney Appliance Repairs. The technician came last Wednesday . He was very arrogant and when he asked me what sort of error code I get from the washing machine he reacted clueless and I had to show him from the user manual that such code actually exist. After a quick check he told me he has to order the part and they will give me a call. He advised me to take my washing to neighbours when I wasn't happy that it will take them 10 days to come back. Unfortunately because of the extended warranty I am stuck with this disgusting company and have to wait 17 days without washing machine. Stay away !!!

I recently bought a new washing machine from Winnings and it was delivered and installed by Sydney Appliance Centre. The next day the delivery people from Sydney Appliance Centre arrived and told me they didn't have my washing machine, it had been delivered to someone else. They came the following day with my machine but couldn't install it properly because they didn't have the right pipe. After the weekend they came again. This time they were unable to turn my laundry hot water back on ( it had been turned off by the last person) and said they would need to come a fourth time. They can only tell you when they are coming on the day and give you a half day window so you end up having to take a day off work every day they come. In the end it was four days off work to have a washing machine delivered and installed. Very poor customer service, very frustrating and completely disrespectful of my time. If you could give them zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

I called this service a week ago. I received quick on time and super excellent service. The repair technician was knowledgable and courteous. Indeed it was a great job! I would highly recommend them.

I order a dishwasher part, they sent the wrong part so I called first to send back. After sending back the part (at my own expense) they didn't contact me. After a few phone calls and emails that got no where I am taking this to the small claims tribunal. Everyone effected by them should do the same.

I decided to use this company in order to support a local owner operator...what a mistake! I paid $250 for the first visit and repairs. The owner was very unprofessional. He spent the entire 20 minutes in our laundry taking multiple personal calls, talking at the top of his voice, while we waited in the next room.
In the next few days we started using the machine, only to encounter the same problem, and the machine not working properly. We called him multiple times and left messages, but he was in no hurry to get back to us. After 4 days (we could not wash any clothes in this time), he finally returned, only to diagnose a different problem, and promised to send a quote that afternoon, which he didn't. We eventually reached him 2 days later and pressed him for an indication of costs.
He was rude, and kept putting us on hold while he took other calls, and then while we were trying to discuss the matter with him and the potential costs, he told us that he did not have time to talk to us, and that if we were not happy with his service, we could go elsewhere. He then hung up on us. I called him back immediately and politely but firmly told him how unprofessional his behaviour was and that I was not happy with his service. From what I can make out the further repair cost would be $200 - $300. We won't be bothering to deal with this person further, and will be shopping for a new machine.
