Been with them for a few years now and never had a problem.
I usually don't post reviews but the other evening after a conversation with a relative, we both spent hours going through all the companies rates and found my bills with Arc Energy Group were by far the cheapest. So i thought it was worth the mention! Thanks Arc for providing a professional and honest service.

I’m so happy to be supporting an Australian owned energy company. I’ve had only good experiences with the Arc Energy staff. They’re always polite and willing to help. We had a seamless transition with no fuss, no dropouts and easy pay options. Overall, I’m very happy !

I think this may have been a one off fee for both hot water and power activation. I have had a good experience and was pleased with the rates and quick response, they literally answered my call within 1 minute. I believe the call centre is located in Victoria. I compared the rates to the big 3 and Arc Energy

January 22nd 2019 Update: Just call them and voice what your concerns are, they will assist you, I promise!

Easy and reliable.

Ask for Fred or Luke if you feel a representative is not giving you the support you need.

Switched to Arc Energy after moving into my apartment 10 months ago. Really nice sales person on the phone and everything has been smooth sailing since. Bills are almost half of what they were with my previous energy company!

Moved in over the weekend and called Friday to get my power connected. Needed assistance and the call centre answered at 4.51pm to make things happens for me. Just Terrific.

My previous apartment was managed by Origin, I moved 8 months ago and am now with Arc Energy Group. It was the best change i ever did. Compared, my bills are much lower.

Living in building where you can only connect arc energy and send me a bill of $200 in 13 days where I paid only max 300 in a 3 month where I used to live before. Really unhappy and you must have to pay a bill once in month and you don’t have any option to go with another provider sucks ☹️

The lights on my floor (in an Arc Energy embedded network building) turned off and an Arc Energy engineer came and resolved the issue by the end of the day. The engineer was also friendly and informative.

The last unit was on the same street a few blocks up and the bill was $120 a month. Now with embedded arc energy its almost $300 a month!!! This unit is half the size and i dont even have a clothes dryer. I was using a clothes dryer every second day in the old unit. Something is wrong and i will have to move because this is killing me

Bumped into one of the Arc Energy engineers in my building, i had a few questions which he answered willingly. Was good to see an embedded network hiring actual professional engineers as opposed to sales people.
