Both the gas and electric meters had been tampered with I reported and photographed it to boost
They changed the electric meter straight away however the gas meter they didn’t change I kept requesting them to change it then of course the lock down
I went into the cupboard under the sink and found the had actually broken into my property and had actually changed the meter without telling me
I phoned them and they agreed to wave £42 standing charges
Told to go to a shop three hours later and they would refund it
Went to the shop and his said I needed a code as boost for one not had a reply
I now send e mails on a a daily basis but always get the same reply we are 5-7 days
I should have just changed to EDF and have my day in court with boost
As a new customer who reported a fraud I think I have been treated pretty badly
