I took time off work to be at home for them to arrive, but they never showed up, after waiting 30 minutes I started calling to try to find out where they were, it took a long time to even get a call back with an answer, and I was told I had to wait at least another 30 minutes for him to show up.

I understand things get busy sometimes, but all it would've taken was a phone call to let me know he would be late and I could've stayed at work until he was on the way. There was no care or concern on the phone, or apology for wasting hours of my time

SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO'LL ACTUALLY SHOW UP, JIM'S IS RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED ANYWAY

As I was very impressed with Jim’s TV service I decided to use Jim’s Electrical .
Quote good . Presented on time . Electrical work and cleanup done to a high standard. Friendly . personable employee.
Would not hesitate to use them again.

I highly recommend Gavin. He took a lot of care in our recently renovated rooms, and did a great job completing the work. He was very punctual and kept us informed by sending reminders leading up to the date of the job. He even let us know he was on the way.

Andrew from Jim’s Electrical provided a quote within 30 mins of contacting him. It was the best value for money and he was able to do the job within a couple of days. Andrew arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend"

Scott came to look at a light issueI had, he was very punctual explained what and why he was doing things.I also booked him for another job which was great.A very nice young man.

I can’t stand Jim of the Jim brand but Andrew himself is an honest & skilled electrician. Has fixed everything I’ve asked. Always on time and polite. Very reasonable prices and clean.

Asked for a quote online this morning and 2 mins later received a phone call. Guys were on site within a couple of hours. Came up with a few different resolutions for the work I needed doing, and took my requirements into utmost consideration. Thank you so much! Can’t believe how easy it was dealing with your guys. 100% would use again for any electrician needs!

Dean was very quick to respond to my call and very accommodating in arranging to complete the job on a Saturday. Clint came out and completed the job as scheduled. He was very professional and efficient. Happy to recommend.

I contacted Jon from Jim's Electrical in Sydney for a phone outlet issue, he was very prompt in replying and attended at the specified time. He took care of the problem and waited extra time to see if the issue was fixed from the ISP end. Friendly and courteous, would definitely recommend his services.

Jims Electrics contacted me within 1/2 hr of query and job booked next day. Electrician arrived right on time. Was friendly, courteous and did an excellent job-could not fault. Overall, professional, honest and great price. Highly recommended and will use again in future. Thanks.

Roy and his team from Jim’s Electrical in Campbelltown did a fantastic job. Very courteous. Work was done very well and with minimal disruption. Cleaned up afterwards as well. I have another project around July/August and will definitely contact Roy. Very happy with the results.

I requested a quote for the installation of two power points online and was called back within 5 minutes. Scott came the next day to provide the quote and explained everything clearly. I was happy with this and he organised his team for installation the next morning which was completed within two hours. Happy with the service would recommend.

I had many tradies come through with a quote but no one was actually willing to do the job.
My experience with Jim's services has been spot on.
Scott was brilliant from start to finish, from initial phone call to set up appointment to price to labour. He was clean & efficient. Kept me updated with when he was going to come, completed the work with no issues. So happy with the service.
Will definitely be using the services again in the future.

Jim's Electrical came out to repair my wall heater last week. The electrican was efficient and very polite and only took 30 minutes. I would call him again if needed.
