I signed up through this service in Jan 2018 for an electric provider , they started selling me electricity in Mar 2018 , in Oct 2018 I got a letter from O & R ( my electricity delivery company ) that the providing company has lost its license to sell electricity, so now I'm searching again for a company. What good is a fixed rate if they loss their license & I'm now in the lurch ?

The website wouldn't accept my entry unless I said i was at my current location for less than 6 months. It also wouldn't accept my complete address.

As of 11-11-17, I was advise I have been signed up for Clearview's service (12 months/fixed), but review of reviews is not encouraging. I did receive a confirmation that service would commence in 30-60 days, a lengthy onset which I hope will be so!

The reason for three stars is that I have never had experience with this company and I will wait for the actual acceptance letter....after a few months then ask me to evaluate my service

I signed up 2 months ago still have not been switched over to new supplier.

Found it very simple to sign up, have been a customer now for the past year with fantastic service. It’s renewable time , so why let a good thing go. Hoping for continued service...

easy renewal using same company, but they consider it new d/t change to 1 yr. fixed rate. Downside: no option to sign up for auto pay, will see how that plays out.

It was very straightforward except.... I recently received a letter from my past natural gas provider and stated I will complete my contract with them on 3/16/18. Very clear. If I do nothing I will automatically recommit to a variable rate on that date.
What was not clear now. Will Xoom transparently takeover from this contract with no cancellation fee? I now see it takes 30-60 days so thart seems to fit right in. Still, I'm not sure?

Signed up three accounts 10 hours ago but have only gotten one confirmation so far. Sign-up sheet didn't let me put in the complete address (street and PO) and the one confirmation I got so far does not have the price per kw on it. I couldn't sign up more than one account at a time so I had to go out and start again each time even though all accounts have the same address.
