Good course, the instructor was very good at engaging with everyone and had a good level of aviation knowledge which reflected well when learning about human factors in my daily working environment.

Fliss who took my Human Factors training refresher course is a wonderful instructor. She kept it fun but very informative throughout. I look forward to 2 years time when she will no doubt be taking the course again.

I have been in manufacturing for years and aerospace work. I have done various other courses like continue improvement but this was new to me. As I am in QA a lot of the things that was spoken about was related to my job eg correct drawing / tools. I like the swiss cheese affect, but I did not realise that how the finance team affected human factors. All a very good day.

This is the 3rd or 4th time Argent Advancements have taken my EWIS, HF & Fuel Tank safety training & I have to say I no longer look for or consider anyone else to help keep me in tune with the above mentioned.
Previously I have taken courses online & with other training companies & from my experience, compared to Felicity, they are at best mediocre.
Her depth of knowledge & teaching prowess speak for themselves !!
In addition Felicity has that certain quality that makes all of her class react positively to the training she is giving. This is what sets her apart from the crowd.
Being able to get people to want to learn & engage in the courses is, without question, the part of teaching/training that other companies I have used struggle with.
Felicity has this talent by the bucket load & if I could leave feedback of 10 stars out of 5 I would, unfortunately feefo doesn't allow me to do so.
