Always use Ark Wildlife. Fantastic service and also most helpful on the phone . Had to call up at the beginning of lockdown and was very surprised to find some very helpful lady called Tracy answer the phone. The website kept emptying my basket. Received my order very quickly and also happy to report my wild hedgehogs love their new house, actually had two sleeping in it during the day a few weeks back. Cannot fault this company and thank you tracy. Well done during these strange times, others take note!

Where can you order your wildlife food, get free delivery (if spending over £25) and next day delivery if you order before 3pm? I'm so glad I found this company which I have been using for the last few years. No more shopping and carrying large bags of food. It comes well packaged and the wildlife love it.

First class delivery of first class wildlife food for both birds and hedgehogs in the main. Can't recommend this company too highly.

We have had hedgehogs coming into our garden for years and we have offered them a variety of commercially produced hedgehog foods from other companies however our hoggies have never liked them...so this spring we decided to buy "Ark Hedgehog Food Original" - and the result is that our hoggies love it!!! It is a joy to watch them chomping away on it. We also bought the Ark water bowl and they seem to like this too and they haven't broken it. So overall we are very pleased with these products, especially since we know the food is nutritionally balanced.

I would thoroughly recommend Ark. Deliveries are prompt and the quality of bird food is excellent with no waste whatsoever. I am now a happy regular customer.

I have 3 squirrels that come into the garden and they always emptied the old wooden feeder I had. When I put the new one up there was interest but.......They kept slipping off the roof before they got a chance to stand and open the lid for nuts... I have had to go back to putting peanuts on the ground. Unfortunately this feeder was no good for our Squirrels

It is very easy to order from the Ark Wildlife website and delivery is always as stated; always within the timeframe given with this current order and previous orders also

I have ordered many times from Ark Wildlife and as usual the order arrived the following day, very well packaged and the birds are now enjoying the no mess bird seed.

Always delivered as promised the next day ( as long as ordered before 3pm ) and always quality produce in good condition. Only once was wrong product sent and it was promptly collected and replaced.

Bought a homes for hedgehog starter pack, and on arrival I was welcomed and given a lot of information on Hedgehogs as well as Ark wildlife summer brochure. staff were friendly and dealt with my order expediently, great customer service.

I wanted a bird feeder for my son's city centre, flat roof. They took the time to explain to me which products would be most appropriate and how best to introduce the food, to attract the birds. He has been delighted with the results.

Your website is open to mistakes by user; specifically, if one has to update the Mastercard with the latest expiry, it is not just a question of changing the date but deleting the expired card and then only updating it the next time one makes an order. This is not explained.

I purchased for the first time from Ark Wildlife and found customer support to be pleasant to deal with. I admire Ark Wildlife's attempts to further their environmental credentials, the bird seed arrived in durable brown paper bags (double bagged) rather than plastic. I shall definitely purchase again!

Their staff are always super helpful and super friendly and the goods are of great quality and arrive next day if you order before 3pm. So what is not to like! They also consider the environment in the way they run their business, which is really important to me.
