We recently had a carpet repair done and days later it is all freying at the joins. Job was also higher $ value than we were quoted.
Tradesman was late due to car breaking down. Job was booked in for 11am he texted as he wanted to attend at 2.30pm. I said not good enough and he arrived at 12.30.
Our work was done by Marks Maintenance contracting. I haven't bother to complain about the poor quality of the job, as from other reviews I can see the company does not care.

AVOID - They simply hand off to a contractor company - Mine was Mark Maintenance cleaning. Just avoid and do no use these guys. I asked to remove the urine smell from my dog. The next day it was worse and they said i never asked for it to be cleaned. They keep saying "NO REFUNDS" I have processed a chargeback on my credit card. Hopeless company.

WARNING DO NOT USE -
I was charged $200 to by back 2 new cleaning to clean carpets of my rental property I was leaving.
The Real Estate failed the carpet clean due to unsatisfactory carpet cleaning & smell of carpet.
I called numerous times to have carpets redone or to refund my money, as carpets have to be done again for me to receive my bond.
When I called and complained I was hung up on 3 times - finally they agreed to redo the worst room, I had to keep chasing them up and then told they would do the room (office size) for $120.
1. There product and service is unsatisfactory
2. They don’t follow through on their word
This company is dodgy, rude and unprofessional I am following up with AFCA!!!!

Total Crap Job !!! Paid $180 and had to get another Company out to do it again. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER HE HAD TAKEN THE MONEY. Even the worker that popped out said they get heaps of complaints.....

I am very happy with the professional cleaning that was provided. This is the first time that I have ever been satisfied with a company cleaning my carpets and they are actually clean--no residue was left and the carpet is fluffy. The carpet also has a very fresh smell. They really know what they are doing. They are really nice guys and are very knowledgeable and attentive to the customer's needs.

Only gave them 1 star as this is the least I could give. Horrendous service. Had fabric dining chairs that needed cleaning. Didn't feel comfortable when they first arrived, late and not particularly professional. End result was awful, a waste of my money and still 8 dirty chairs. Website a total con.

Horrible experience! Couches we're no different at all! I bought it up with the owner and they said no refund policy too bad. Blocked our number. Blocked us from the online chat. One of the workers said go and complain to someone. When we asked who they said they didn't care who complain to anyone. Disgusting horrible business with no experience. Website looked great but if you Google review then you can see all the horrible reviews on this business. Wish I'd read them!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY DIDNT LOOK QUALIFIED EITHER.
Did a tile and grout cleaning in our new house and they made the floor more dirty and the grout looks horrible now.

AVOID at all costs. These guys are useless avoid at all costs! Not only did they STEAL an over locking carpeted mat from the house, the carpet cleaned failed the real estate inspection and Refused to come out and. Redo it. Marks maintenance- what a douche bag. This guy was so rude to me on every occasion and will be receiving as many possible awful reviews as I can give. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I’ve had to pay for another company to reclean them at half the cost- and apparently very easily stains to be removed!

Had carpets cleaned in Brisbane. Got upsold to "deep clean" as some of our carpets had been urinated on by our dogs. $400+ later the carpets still stink and we can still see stains on them. Asked for a refund numerous times... am still waiting. Terrible cleaners, terrible service.

DO NOT USE!!

They ruined the carpet in my bedroom trying to remove a stain so bad i had to replace the whole room!!

They will not come out to see the damage or accept responsibility.
I have had to lodge a complaint with fair work AUS

NOT PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANERS
they arrive in a hatch back with rented equip clearly with NO TRAINING OR KNOWLEDGE

Our price went from $120 to $220!! And they were already told our holiday home had spew in the carpet and there were all these extra charges and now the smell is still there would not recommend at all!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I called this company yesterday for a small area of carpet that was wet. I was charged $250 for water to be extracted this morning from a 4mx1.5m area. They wanted to charge me a further $1500 the “treat” the flooded area. I said no, I have since spoken to several other carpet cleaners and have been told this is an absolute rip off!!! The area has not even had water extracted properly!!! I was told I could have had my entire house down for this price! I called back to discuss this with the company and they were rude and very unprofessional!!

AVOID this company like you would do corona virus - they charged be $1000 to clean four bedrooms and $600 to so called clean a mattress - they absolutely soaked my woollen carpets leaving water stains etc and did not clean the mattress at all I had to get another company to clean it. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF
