DANIEL and SIMON BAGGULEY with their spouses JEAN DE GRACIA BAGGULEY and JODIE BAGGULEY have been stealing families life savings and belongings for the past 5 years through their company "Baggage Hub". They create companies, rob people like you and me and liquidate them. They have been at it for years.
Many others people in the company are involve. I have tried to find an amicable solution with them, to get back my family life belongings and the 3500 pounds that they happily took 3 weeks before liquidating.

Can I give a "0"?

Last Sept 2021 I paid almost $2k USD to ship 7 suitcases from Chengdu, China to the USA.

Ten months later I have NOT received them. I have a long string of emails with flimsy excuses. I'm told the goods are in the UK but they can't ship bc of the ongoing pandemic and price hikes.

Now, no one will answer my emails. The last time I had a representative reply to my email was 5 months ago!

What organization handles complaints such as this?

This company is garbage. They keep your deposit despit no services or goods being rendured. So fraudulent!!

This company has found a fraudulent loophole to keep your deposit without delivering any goods or services!!! Do not give them a cent of your money!! I paid a deposit of $200 almost 2 months in advance of my travel plans to secure a date for pick up. Due to a family medical emergency, I am no longer leaving the country and notified the company more than 30 days in advance. I asked for my deposit back as absolutely no goods or services were obtained, and Joan Romano informed me they would not be able to do this because of clause 7.1 that states: Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed in writing at time of booking. Please understand that this company is extremely pushy to get you to pay a deposit because they know that they will be able to keep this money regardless if they actually provide any goods or services!! I am taking this matter to my husband who runs a law firm to see if there may be a case for a class action lawsuit. A company should not be able to to extort money from unsuspecting costumers, who do due diligence in cancelling services and then are still charged hundreds of dollars! I'm going to make sure this is company is exposed through whatever means possible, they messed with the wrong person!

I have been scammed by Baggage Hub. Please stay away at all cost! Their website showed £50 for a deposit, but £100 was withdrawn from my account. I contacted them right away, they told me the deposit is £100, and this is an IT issue. I wanted my deposit back as this is an error on their side and given removals are sensitive, I wasn't happy working with the company. They refused this, so I had to file charge back to Mastercard; I've been struggling for months to get my money back. They are just awful, and have fake positive reviews on Trust Pilot. They are a scam!

I moved from Dubai to San Francisco and shipped using air freight with Baggage Hub. The customer service was amazing. Sophia and Analyn were so responsive, professional and personal. Everything happened at the time promised (unlike 99.9% of things in Dubai).
Winter weather separated my boxes but the missing two were delivered safely a few days later. Good communication from Sofia helped set my mind at ease during the wait.
I only marked 4 stars because i don't know yet whether all the breakables made it safely or not as the boxes are with my in laws currently until we arrive ourselves.
I freaked out when i read all the bad reviews, but had a much much better experience than everyone else who's reviewed them so far. If you're in Dubai, i totally recommend baggage Hub ME.

Really pleased with the level of support and communication I received about shipping my goods from the UAE to UK, and everything arrived safe and sound earlier than stated.

Worst shipping company imaginable. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! I had all of my personal belongings shipped from UAE to the US a year ago. They lost thousands of dollars worth of items and have been stringing me along, acting as if they are going to do something about it but they never follow through. I submitted an insurance claim form (because I paid for insurance) and they keep telling me that within a week, something will be resolved. This has been going on FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR!!! Horrible company and the people who work there have no qualms about lying to customers.

Baggage Hub is the most incompetent organisation I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. SCAM ALERT! More than 4 months later, our boxes have not yet left their warehouse. We get nothing but lies out of them. Now claim that good only shipped by us end Sept, when collected by them end June. DO NOT USE THEM!

Keep away.This is a horrible company.
We were contacted by a girl called Victoria Foster, who promissed us they will deliver our items no later than 15 days from Stockholm to Vancouver. We chose them only as we wanted to have our son's toys here as soon as possible to help him adapt to the new country. They gave promiss of fast delivery.
3 weeks ago another agent named Edmylaine Chell Villanueva called us and said they are shipping our boxes in a few days and asked to pay a bit more. Then radio silent. After a week and emails from us, she said they have a technical issue and she cant conclude invoice and send boxes. In their website it shows that we have paid 500 euros extra. For two weeks we sent emails and she ignores us. I call and everytime they say Ed is on phone and calls back, which ahe does not. My son asks for his toys everyday.
They ripp you off.

I am looking into taking legal action, anyone with ongoing issues with them contact me.

What makes the Baggage Hub / Shipping Force experience so unique you ask?

Just imagine for a moment that your boxes to be shipped are your only child,12 year old Miranda that you booked a one week all-inclusive holiday camp for. Prices are good, the website is sleek and the phone contact is very nice - What could possibly go wrong?!
Unfortunately the tour bus to pick her up is a no show (pickup time 9AM-6PM) so you take a second day of annual leave to send her off to her holiday adventure. Still no one arrives but after personally arranging the transfer to the airport on the third day your little girl is finally off to her first holiday adventure without mom and dad! Everything seems good now. Mishaps happen. 
When it is time to welcome little Miranda back in your arms you get the slightly alarming news that the travel agency is actually a front for a UK based terrorist group that kidnapped her and kept her in their lair deep in the English forests. Although your wife does not agree and is crying day and night, you think "Surely these are reasonable people, after all you paid them already!" after 3 weeks of ransom letters and taunting...

"Your girl is too fat, pay us 400 GBP for that - Oh no actually she's not anymore, we cut off one arm to make the weight LOL!" 
"We tried to call you 38 times on the number you told us is wrong and you did not answer the phone, WTF?!?!?!?111"
"Sure we call you back by today .... NOT HAHAHA Loser!" 

...there is activity. The terrorists agree to release what is left of little Miranda for an additional 70% payment of the initial ransom and add mockingly
"Pay or we charge a fee for each additional day that we further mutilate your daughter."
While you try to convince your wife that suicide is no solution, the terrorists smuggle Miranda to the Dutch splinter group for another week of torture:
"Trust us, the Dutch guys abuse her just as good as we do and it's cheaper this way LOL" 
After 5 weeks you get what used to be sweet Miranda back. The poor soul is unrecognizable, basically just a pile of pulp that sobbs "Why daddy, why?!" over and over again. The doctors say they can reconstruct 60% of her body so there's that..Before I drive to the mental ward where my wife lives now I think "Hopefully other people learn from my mistakes and don't let their most precious things fall into the hands of terrorists" 

And that is my account on how the Baggage Hub / Shipping Force experience feels like.

We moved to New Zealand in February 2021, still no sign of our boxes, which we were told to get here within 12 weeks.

Latest estimated time was August 2021, now again pushed to September.
Winter has started here in NZ and all of my children winter clothes are in the box. By the time we get them, they will be grown out. Also their toys are in the boxes. It has been the worst experience with baggage hub! I don’t recommend then!
Don’t trust them!

DO NOT USE BAGGAGE HUB! They lost my suitcase full of expensive suits, around $5000 worth and after a long string of emails to try and hunt it down (it looks like one of their warehouse people had stolen it), they proceeded to block me on email.

A terrible experience with Baggage Hub, this is no way to do business!!

It’s plain sad. They’re responsive until you put your credit card. I should’ve known better to cancel at the time of pickup. Guy came to pickup he had the wrong order. I gave him my items and the nightmare started. Got 3 out of 7 items delivered one day, just left outside my apt with no notice. I keep calling the, and they have no clue of what is going on. 2 days later, a package is left outside my apt but it is not one of mine. It was from baggage hub but it even was delivered in the wrong country. I keep calling and complaining...they say they’re working on it. One day I go for a run and find 3 of my missing boxes simply outside of another house in the neighborhood... I asked the people there and say they’ve been sitting there for some days and they didn’t know who to call. I get an email from fedex requesting to confirm I receive all my items while I’ve kept asking baggagehub to help me find my items and pickup the wrongly delivered item.... baggagehub says they’re “working on it”... few days later they reply saying search was “negative”. They didn’t even care about the wrongly delivered item. So now I lost all my suits and coats but got left with some random car parts. I am still waiting for them to make a compensation claim but they suddenly stopped answering again after the”negative” search. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider them. It is not worth it. Experience is so bad that you feel dumber for choosing them than if you would’ve been simply scammed.

I want to ensure customers know that when things go wrong, they're on their own:
I would NOT recommend using Baggage Hub, they seem professional at the start and they completely drop the call along the way.
They lost a box of ours, they were not on track of things and completely confused, made no effort to locate it and leave us to deal with the issurers directly. six months after the shippement date, we are still struggling to get a resolution.

They are not cheap, they are not professional and they are definitely not recommended. Avoid them!

I moved my belongings from Plymouth to Turkey and made the mistake of using Baggage Hub. What an awful, stressful experience. Here is a brief summary of everything that was wrong, if only I had read this review page first.
1. Day late for pick up ( Luckily I had ask for pick up the day before leaving)
2. List of restricted items was brief and misleading resulting in an extra £50 charge for removal. I lost an electric carving knife as it was considered a weapon. Where is it now? I haven't been asked if I want it back. Do not send cutlery.
3. Poor knowledge of paperwork required. I was asked for obsolete then irrelevant paperwork causing delays.
4. Had to change destination airport although previously agreed.
5. Never informed of the arrival of my belongings at airport. I had to track them myself and arrange collection.
6. Charged storage fees for delay in collection.
7. Charged £250 for handling fees before my belongings could be released. Reading other reviews I doubt it would do any good trying to claim this from Baggage Hub, I would rather draw a line under this whole disgusting experience.

Baggage are a cowboy outfit who are only interested in collecting your money and doing as little as possible in return.

it's an horrible experince engaging this company.

they are only good when they try to sell you their service, after i have paid my deposit, i have great difficulty contacting them. emails, whatsapp etc.

lucky enough before collection i decided not to use them anymore.

they gave me empty promises. mess up my relocation schedule. only thing from their email reply was they have tried to contact me but could not get through, strange thing is they could reach me everyday before the deal was done. and they didn't bother to reply me via email regards to my concern at all.

this company wont last too long i hope. horrible experience is an understatement. wasted my time and money.

I am moving back from London to Paris, I have 13 boxes and have been waiting for 11 days already. I have been asking for an update for the last 5 days and could not get one. They’ve just informed me that one luggage is actually still travelling... but cannot provide with a delivery estimate (just have to stay at home...).

They have absolutely no control on the logistic behind their commercial platform. Everything seems to be outsourced with 0 control when something goes wrong. HOPE YOU WILL BE LUCKY!!

I was due to have six boxes collected by Baggage Hub to ship airfreight from the UK to Bahrain. When the driver arrived, he was a subcontractor in a plain white van. We loaded up my boxes and then the driver asked me if I had any paperwork for him to sign. I said that it should be him that has the paperwork. Next followed lots of frantic calls to the office. I then get a call from Josh who tells me not to worry, he can track the van. How do you know how many boxes I have loaded I asked? No answer. So I took my boxes off the van. Half an hour later I get an e mail with a collection note attached and an instruction that I could fill this out and ask the driver to sign it if I wanted to. I replied to the mail stating that no professional logistics company would expect you to hand over your goods without a collection note. I cancelled my order and requested a refund of my £50 deposit. That was a week ago and I have still heard nothing. I appointed Pickfords to ship my boxes. A TNT driver arrived later that day, in a uniform, and a liveried vehicle. He attached labels to all of my boxes, scanned them all and filled out a collection note that had a barcode which matched the labels on my boxes. The next day Pickfords called me to say my boxes had arrived safely at their depot. They were cheaper as well !!
