Last Sept 2021 I paid almost $2k USD to ship 7 suitcases from Chengdu, China to the USA.
Ten months later I have NOT received them. I have a long string of emails with flimsy excuses. I'm told the goods are in the UK but they can't ship bc of the ongoing pandemic and price hikes.
Now, no one will answer my emails. The last time I had a representative reply to my email was 5 months ago!
What organization handles complaints such as this?

Winter weather separated my boxes but the missing two were delivered safely a few days later. Good communication from Sofia helped set my mind at ease during the wait.
I only marked 4 stars because i don't know yet whether all the breakables made it safely or not as the boxes are with my in laws currently until we arrive ourselves.
I freaked out when i read all the bad reviews, but had a much much better experience than everyone else who's reviewed them so far. If you're in Dubai, i totally recommend baggage Hub ME.

We were contacted by a girl called Victoria Foster, who promissed us they will deliver our items no later than 15 days from Stockholm to Vancouver. We chose them only as we wanted to have our son's toys here as soon as possible to help him adapt to the new country. They gave promiss of fast delivery.
3 weeks ago another agent named Edmylaine Chell Villanueva called us and said they are shipping our boxes in a few days and asked to pay a bit more. Then radio silent. After a week and emails from us, she said they have a technical issue and she cant conclude invoice and send boxes. In their website it shows that we have paid 500 euros extra. For two weeks we sent emails and she ignores us. I call and everytime they say Ed is on phone and calls back, which ahe does not. My son asks for his toys everyday.
They ripp you off.
I am looking into taking legal action, anyone with ongoing issues with them contact me.

Just imagine for a moment that your boxes to be shipped are your only child,12 year old Miranda that you booked a one week all-inclusive holiday camp for. Prices are good, the website is sleek and the phone contact is very nice - What could possibly go wrong?!
Unfortunately the tour bus to pick her up is a no show (pickup time 9AM-6PM) so you take a second day of annual leave to send her off to her holiday adventure. Still no one arrives but after personally arranging the transfer to the airport on the third day your little girl is finally off to her first holiday adventure without mom and dad! Everything seems good now. Mishaps happen.
When it is time to welcome little Miranda back in your arms you get the slightly alarming news that the travel agency is actually a front for a UK based terrorist group that kidnapped her and kept her in their lair deep in the English forests. Although your wife does not agree and is crying day and night, you think "Surely these are reasonable people, after all you paid them already!" after 3 weeks of ransom letters and taunting...
"Your girl is too fat, pay us 400 GBP for that - Oh no actually she's not anymore, we cut off one arm to make the weight LOL!"
"We tried to call you 38 times on the number you told us is wrong and you did not answer the phone, WTF?!?!?!?111"
"Sure we call you back by today .... NOT HAHAHA Loser!"
...there is activity. The terrorists agree to release what is left of little Miranda for an additional 70% payment of the initial ransom and add mockingly
"Pay or we charge a fee for each additional day that we further mutilate your daughter."
While you try to convince your wife that suicide is no solution, the terrorists smuggle Miranda to the Dutch splinter group for another week of torture:
"Trust us, the Dutch guys abuse her just as good as we do and it's cheaper this way LOL"
After 5 weeks you get what used to be sweet Miranda back. The poor soul is unrecognizable, basically just a pile of pulp that sobbs "Why daddy, why?!" over and over again. The doctors say they can reconstruct 60% of her body so there's that..Before I drive to the mental ward where my wife lives now I think "Hopefully other people learn from my mistakes and don't let their most precious things fall into the hands of terrorists"
And that is my account on how the Baggage Hub / Shipping Force experience feels like.

Latest estimated time was August 2021, now again pushed to September.
Winter has started here in NZ and all of my children winter clothes are in the box. By the time we get them, they will be grown out. Also their toys are in the boxes. It has been the worst experience with baggage hub! I don’t recommend then!

I would NOT recommend using Baggage Hub, they seem professional at the start and they completely drop the call along the way.
They lost a box of ours, they were not on track of things and completely confused, made no effort to locate it and leave us to deal with the issurers directly. six months after the shippement date, we are still struggling to get a resolution.
They are not cheap, they are not professional and they are definitely not recommended. Avoid them!

1. Day late for pick up ( Luckily I had ask for pick up the day before leaving)
2. List of restricted items was brief and misleading resulting in an extra £50 charge for removal. I lost an electric carving knife as it was considered a weapon. Where is it now? I haven't been asked if I want it back. Do not send cutlery.
3. Poor knowledge of paperwork required. I was asked for obsolete then irrelevant paperwork causing delays.
4. Had to change destination airport although previously agreed.
5. Never informed of the arrival of my belongings at airport. I had to track them myself and arrange collection.
6. Charged storage fees for delay in collection.
7. Charged £250 for handling fees before my belongings could be released. Reading other reviews I doubt it would do any good trying to claim this from Baggage Hub, I would rather draw a line under this whole disgusting experience.
Baggage are a cowboy outfit who are only interested in collecting your money and doing as little as possible in return.
they are only good when they try to sell you their service, after i have paid my deposit, i have great difficulty contacting them. emails, whatsapp etc.
lucky enough before collection i decided not to use them anymore.
they gave me empty promises. mess up my relocation schedule. only thing from their email reply was they have tried to contact me but could not get through, strange thing is they could reach me everyday before the deal was done. and they didn't bother to reply me via email regards to my concern at all.
this company wont last too long i hope. horrible experience is an understatement. wasted my time and money.

They have absolutely no control on the logistic behind their commercial platform. Everything seems to be outsourced with 0 control when something goes wrong. HOPE YOU WILL BE LUCKY!!

DANIEL and SIMON BAGGULEY with their spouses JEAN DE GRACIA BAGGULEY and JODIE BAGGULEY have been stealing families life savings and belongings for the past 5 years through their company "Baggage Hub". They create companies, rob people like you and me and liquidate them. They have been at it for years.
Many others people in the company are involve. I have tried to find an amicable solution with them, to get back my family life belongings and the 3500 pounds that they happily took 3 weeks before liquidating.
