Paid for delivery of suitcase hoping to avoid airline lost bag crisis. Luggage delivered 10 days late and was accompanied by an additional customs bill of $197. Mybaggage.com unwilling to assist while abroad to expedite delivery. Local DHL only spoke Italian so it was a vacation full of headaches and unresponsiveness. Their website promises to provide all necessary documentation for successful delivery but this turned out not being the case. So, it cost nearly $400 to send a medium size 40 pound suitcase. Poor experience and would never recommend mybaggage.com.

LOST MY BAGGAGE AND NO COMPENSATION. No visibility and proactivity at all in handling my case, I had to reach out to them to ask where my baggage is after it wasn't delivered, and only by they started to investigate the matter passively. It has been nearly two months since they told me my baggage was missing and they disappeared right after I submitted my claims form one month ago. No response to my emails, not sure if this is a scam.

I asked my life-long Professor friend to recommend any international baggage carriers since she has lived in Washington DC for 20+ years and frequently spends her sabbaticals in the UK.
She recommended My Baggage without hesitation since she and her students frequently use My Baggage - and I'm so very happy she did!
This is an outstanding organisation from start to finish. I was able to track my delivery and be able to SPEAK to customer care INSTANTLY throughout the process. They used DHL who have superb digital tracking systems. I'm now booking my next 4 boxes with complete peace of mind that my treasured items will arrive safely, swiftly and in good hands. Bravo My Baggage - best find of 2020, a very big thank you!

My Baggage was super helpful and answered all of my questions when I asked! My bag arrived safely and with all of my items! They were super fast and the customer service team was so great to work with for answering questions. Thanks!

I had to move several boxes from the United States to the United Kingdom. I did some research and fairly quickly came across My Baggage. There were a high amount of good reviews and their website was very easy to use (even just for a quote) and informative so I wanted to give them a chance. I don’t regret it at all. The order process was super easy, each step was clearly noted, all information was on My Order page, they send emails about every update and even texted the recipient with tracking, and my boxes were delivered in damaged in the estimated 2-3 days! Seriously. Awesome. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and reliable, as they always are; and as to the delivery, it was even quicker than expected! And all this from Italy to Scotland in coronavirus times. Thanks!!!!!

Its the first and last time I shall ever use this service, the support is simply not there, just ABC rubbish told you to sweep you aside that an insult to one's intelligence. I wouldn't use them again and will duly close the account.

I sent two suitcases at the same time and one of them arrived one day before the other one. I contacted customer care and really rapid response and really kind. All arrived in perfect conditions and the collection was also quickly. I will reduce the price slightly but really happy with the service.

I was shocked by how quickly and efficiently this worked. My luggage shipped from Hong Kong to the US in under 2 days for about $200USD. The paperwork was easy and they covered all of the bases. My luggage went through customs without any problems! I can not recommend this service any more!

An excellent service that I will definitely recommend to others. I was studying in Scotland but had to move home to Ireland on short notice due to covid-19 and had a lot of stuff to take back with me (9 extra large boxes full). Thankfully I came across mybaggage.com. All staff responded to all my queries straight away, all very helpful. My stuff got collected from my apartment in Scotland on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived to my house in Ireland on Friday morning. Very fast, efficient and definitely a cheaper option to airport baggage. Thank you

Amazing service! Quick and cheap!
Two boxes were sent from England to France (house to house). The tracking was the most detailed tracking I had ever seen, and you can select which information you want to be aware of. I also thank the lovely online assistants for their prompt and useful answers. Was collected on a Thursday afternoon and delivered on a Monday morning. I highly recommend!
