Made a big mistake with Blinds Galore - we called to see where our blinds were and they would never return a call. We received blinds (4 of the same blinds) with missing pieces - should not have been a hard order to fill. Called about the missing pieces but we have never received them. Also found out that you are NOT dealing with Blinds Galore once your order is received. The website gives you the impression that Blinds Galore is there for you. They are not and I will not use this company again. Update!!!!!!! They were supposed to send me parts that were missing. They did not ship out the parts until I wrote my review - more than a week after letting them know that parts were missing. There is a checklist of parts and we marked on the checklist (per their instructions) to show what parts were missing. Once my negative review was posted, they sent out "any" parts they desired. I still do not have my missing parts and they have never contacted me. This just shows what a "personalized" and "family oriented" company they are as compared to the "personalized" and "family oriented" company that they try to portray on the internet.

I just wanted to let your company know that I am very unhappy with the whole process of ordering a product and then trying to cancel an order and try to get a refund. I placed an order on 06/15/2020 for some cellular shades, the website couldn't give me a ship date so I called customer service and asked if they could give me a ship date. I was told about 2 ½ weeks, so I placed the order. I was told on my order status that it would ship out on July 14th plus however long it would take to get to my house. Horrible. So I called to cancel my order, ANOTHER NIGHTMARE!!!! I was told that I would have to wait a couple of days to wait for the factory to confirm the cancellation in order to issue a refund, then wait another 3-5 days to get my bank to issue the refund. Now I have to wait who knows long to get a refund. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a blind company!!!!

I went with Blindsgalore because I appreciate that you can sample anything before buying, and if you mis-measure they will resend you a correction for free. These are great for a competitive edge, however they won't matter if you have to wait over a month to receive your items! The claim (excuse) is that they're custom and have to be sent to the manufacturer, meanwhile I'll just sit in my home having no privacy and plenty of sunshine, which goes well when trying to sleep.

Purchasing blinds and installing them is not an easy thing. When one has blinders on, one may end up wasting a lot of money. I must have installed over 50 blinds for my homes and condos over the years. In my last condo, I installed 20 blinds. In the new condo I just moved in I installed another 15 blinds. In my country homes, I must have replaced over another 20 blinds. Measuring is tricky but once you get it right once, it is a piece of cake. Installing is easy except with the blind is overly wide. I have had to install blinds 85 to over 100 inches wide. Those I needed a second person to hold the blind while I snap the blind into the brackets. I am writing because the last time I moved, I bought all 15 blinds from Blindsgalore. Their generic brand blinds are made from the same factory as the Bali blinds. I also bought the blinds when they were on sale .. over 50% off. The most important thing was cost. I engaged a blinds expect to help me price the cost for the blinds plus labor to install and two contractors quoted me a price of between $18,000 and $20,000 for Hunter Douglas or Bali Blinds. I bought the blinds, albeit Blindsgalore generics blinds, for $2800. It took me two days to install but the savings were huge. I have now purchased more than 40 blinds from Blindsgalore. They are responsive. The blinds mostly come in on time. I had one blind that did not work .. damaged during shipping. They shipped me a new one without any questions asked. None of the blinds I have installed has failed to date. I am sure there are other blinds shops that can match the price too but my experience with Blindsgalore over the years has been good.

I have ordered from you about 3 years ago and needed more blinds, they fit perfect, that's what I like about this company they are custom made to your windows and fit perfect, the only thing is I couldn't get the same color green I ordered 3 years ago to match but I think the dark brown will work. I checked every where and your company beats the price every time and the quality is vey good, whenever anybody are looking for window coverings I give them your name.

I was able to get both blinds for 1/2 the price. We have ordered from here before and the quality is perfect.

Easy to use website love the 50% off but thought shipping was exorbitant $70 for 2 blinds but it still worked out cheaper than Lowes and they didn't have the exact size I needed.

We purchased cordless shades 4 years ago and they were easy to install and still look and work fine. We are buying more for different rooms.

I would be a lot happier finding exactly what I needed in terms of a single-rail/shade combo in the color I needed, except for the extremely hefty oversized shipping charge ($70!), which made the overall price nearly not worth it, even with the promotional sale.

I was extremely satisfied with my first order, a honeycomb shade for our patio door. Ordering was easy and the blind arrived in the estimated time. Size is perfect and the price was the best i could find online. Blindsgalore will always be my first website to check if I need any more blinds. Just ordered a blackout roller blind for our big bedroom window that is facing south/east.

My Bali DiamondCell blinds held up well for 14 years before a cord broke. Free color match is a huge plus before making the replacement purchase.

I wish there were better instructions on how to measure for three blinds on one rail. Do you give exact measurements of the windows and do you include the frame or do you take the smallest width measurement of the wall to wall and then make the numbers fit?

I needed some advice with respect to two of your colors--so I called and was on hold for ovear 20 minutes. Having you call back would have been too inconvenient for me at this time. Just frustrated as my questions could have been answered in 5 minutes.

My only gripe was that multiple selections were out of stock—but that really isn’t much of a complaint, given the 100+ days of COVID-19 isolation. Otherwise, the selection and variety were terrific.
