Twice i have requested additional brackets, once after we had decorated and they were mislayed and then with new blinds different brackets were sent and I didn't want to drill more holes in the tiles. Both times no charge was made. That wouldn't happen anywhere else!

Once I had placed the order, I phoned next day to request the pelmet side returns be made slightly longer, to suit our fitting requirement, and this was easily agreed.
The blinds were then delivered in the timescales quoted and were probably one of the best packaged deliveries I seen, to ensure the blinds were not damaged in transit.

John Lewis store. Made to measure can’t be that expensive I thought
but you need to do the measurements input the sizes in their online
calculator and the price is half. Yes Half!

They arrived in no time at all, they're ruddy easy to fit and the sizes are exactly what we asked for. I did wonder if one of the blinds had been cut at an angle because there was a 1.5cm difference between the height off the cill at both ends but it turns out it was the chap that installed the windows fault.
I simply cannot rate them highly enough.
