Website said next day delivery but then after I had ordered and paid I got an email saying it would be 4 days later so I rang to say that would be too late but the advisor said there was nothing she could do as it had been dispatched. I have since contacted my brother and he never received the chocolates even do this day (2 weeks later)

My mother who is 99 has a very limited diet but she adores your mini eggs and I am pleased she will eat them. I got them over Easter and have struggled to get them now Easter is over. I had people looking all over for them. I was so pleased when I found I was able to get them directly from you. I am aware they are seasonal. Your service was very good

I liked the present. But I had it sent to the receiver of the present and he said my phone number was on the front of the parcel which is in violation of GDPR so that’s my only complaint

It was meant for my daughters birthday a present from her little brother Turn up a day late for the price of delivery it should of arrived on time.

I would prefer to send Cadbury's chocolate to everyone but I have to go elsewhere for the USA. Please get this sorted asap so that my family in America can get a taste of home.

A great idea, my teenager can never find her name Lilly spellt with two "L`s, so she was thrilled when she received it as she is a real Cadbury`s Chocolate fan. We even framed the wrapper for her room she was so delighted !

i am very pleased with the service and lucky i placed my order before your website had to temporally close ( due to excess orders)
the easter bunny will make it to my home this year
the magic will continue, which is especially impotant at times like this
as my 6 year old daughter told me animals cant catch the corona virus so the easter bunny is safe to travel

My grandma loves chocolates, since I can’t visit her at the moment I thought I’d send her a box of Cadbury’s. I love the fact that you can personalise the box too with a message and a photograph. She absolutely loved it and it lifted her spirits whilst she’s isolating on her own.

I was so worried about getting Easter eggs with everything that's going on at the moment but Cadbury Gifts Direct had the solution! It was so quick and easy and they had stock of everything I needed, I am very impressed with the whole service and I did all my Easter shopping without having to leave the house, perfect during the lockdown!

Spent in excess of £60 on Easter Eggs due to being housebound following surgery, and not being able to get out to the shops, unfortunately one egg was incorrectly supplied and one was badly damaged. The delivery itself was packaged well, the delivery time good, communication excellent, however after highlighting the error and damaged product Cadburys acknowledged this was human error but I was advised disappointingly, they were unable to process a replacement and a refund was issued.

I expected a nice box with a personalised touch with 4 bars of chocolate but I recieved a cardboard box that I opened since I expected the present would be inside only to realise I had just opened the present! Not pleased by the gift presentation.

Ordered on Monday 23rd July, had e-mail to it would arrive on Wednesday 25th July and it turned up on Tuesday 24th July very quite service

Was a bit disappointed as it took two days longer to deliver than I was led to believe but it was going to Amsterdam so maybe that is why. However it did cost 12 quid to post so would have thought it could have got there quicker. Also I tried to track it but tracker would not recognise postcode as it was in Amsterdam so fairly useless.

I have bought items from here for the last 2yrs. They all come well packaged and I have never had any problems with them. Excellent for Christmas presents or birthdays. Will carry on using them for many years to come.

I ordered on 23rd November and paid for next day delivery to my home address. On Monday I had to change the delivery address to my work address as the parcel had not arrived. As of today 30th November I still do not have my parcel.

I have asked for a refund from Cadbury including the £8.00 I paid for next day delivery and have been reassured it is on its way, but where too? I am at home tomorrow and the school that I work in is closed for the weekend!!!

Only 1 of 2 products have been delivered. Have emailed Cadbury’s and am waiting for a reply. Am missing a treasure box.
