I ordered it to be delivered in less than a week and after the 5 working days had passed I was informed that some of my items were out of stock, and instead of shipping the remaining items to me the whole package was delivered later - after the date I had needed the sweets for. The products are very good, but the service disappointed me.

My daughter loves Candy Kitten’s and to be able to get the service to deliver to her in isolation in London was fabulous. They arrived promptly and made her day. Thank you.

I have give you 5 stars because despite the issues you where very considerate and compensated me, you’re a great company who do care about your customers. The only thing I’d say you could improve is when you’re doing great offers try your best to make sure you have enough of the product. But I realise that isn’t easy to do

I bought these as a present for my boyfriend as he liked a pack he bought months ago. So I bought him a 9 pack big box. They must of been a bad batch - they was absolutely revolting. They tasted like plastic !!!! I was very embarrassed. I really am disgusted as I paid over £20 and they tasted revolting. I really am shocked as you pride yourself on being gourmet sweets.
Never ever will purchase again.

Fast delivery, yummie assorted sweet treats , brought for large family at christmas, 1 size for kids perfect sizes for sharing , a great mix and match at great price.

Amazing vegetarian sweets (my meat eating boyfriend also loved them much to my dismay), first bought at the airport and was glad to find out they shipped to Northern Ireland! Will definitely buy again!

I missed out on the new flavour because I ordered my gift set a day earlier! They were great though! I've be getting all my friends to eat them too

Provide the service that is paid for, I paid for next day delivery as I was going away the next day and the parcel never arrived and a card was in the post box when I got back a sweet later. I picked up the parcel from the sorting office to find out it was sent via standard delivery and not with next day delivery which I had paid for. The customer service is awful u wait ages for a reply. I was promised that they would resend the items as compensation but never recieved anything. Nice sweets but I would never order with u again I would use a third party seller where the customer service is reliable.

Candy kittens are my daughters favourite sweets so I ordered a selection of them as a surprise because she was missing her friends during lock down . She was really happy.Fast delivery, well packaged and deeeeeeeelicious .

The sell by dates on the reduced cost sweets I bought is 31/7/19. I feel I should have been told this before I bought quite a large quantity

Amazing £10 mystery box and as far as I’m concerned what a bargain, not only four bags of delicious sweets but a thick notebook, pen, lanyard, tote bag and a patch to sew on, really worth the money

I ordered for my GF,s birthday with 48 hour delivery .. they arrived the week after her birthday. Candy kittens offered me 25% off my next order .. no thanks!

Very long wait for order- over 2 weeks then when goods arrived were damaged! I complained and was told I would get replacement- 3 weeks later no sign of them!!

My parcel was lost in the post however After contacting the company I received a parcel of sweets with 4 days. It was not my original package however I am pleased with the selection of sweets.
