I almost spent an extra $29.99 for 2nd day shipping but I was like what's the hurry, just go for the free shipping. I heart FREE stuff so i was like OK.
MY NEW BLUETOOTH CAR KIT WAS JUST DELIVERED TO MY OFFICE~!~! WTF CELLULARKING.COM how did you do that? How did you get the Motorola Car kit to me in less than 24 hours?!?!?

I ordered a Motorola BLT04 on September 30, 2005. At that time I was told that they were in stock. That supply ran out and a subsequent supply has run out according to the website. I was told by customer service that I would receive one this week. I still have not received my item.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES!

I have been buying from this merchant for a number of years. Their prices are extremely competitive and my last order was placed after hours and was shipped the very next day, and was delivered only one day after that. All their merchandise is the genuine article, brand new, in factory sealed packaging. I highly recommend this merchant without reservation.

I placed an order with CellularKing.com on October 27th. My credit card was charged and I never recieved my order (cell phone case). Try the 2 phone numbers on the web site one just randg and rang the other was not in service. I also called PayPal - they suggested I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I emailed Cellularking about this on 11/07/08 and never recieved an answer. Now I am having to go thru the process of disputing the charge on my Visa.
I strongly recommend not purchasing from this company.

Ordered an extended battery for a K-RAZR phone. Confirmation included a "transaction number" which was not accepted as a valid order number by their order tracking software. Email inquiry was bounced back by an autoresponder, which said a reply would not be responded to, and yet suggested sending a reply to the *same address*! A phone call was answered by a machine which said there was no room left to record a message.

After opening a dispute through PayPal, I finally received notice that my item was being shipped. I did receive it, and it was the correct item. I'm now happy with the outcome, even though it was a hassle to get what was promised.

I ordered a Nokia DKU-5 data cable from cellularking on ebay. The cable didn't work. I sent numerous emails and no response was received. I called their sales & tech line 8 times and all I got was an answering machine and the voice mailbox was full. Seller then resulted in insults on ebay. Seller also uses the website www.probeep.com further his fraud.

I bought from this vendor last year and it was slow, but acceptable. I ordered and paid for the same product this year and after a month no product. I sent emails and attempted phone calls with no response. After this I contacted my credit card company after a month and had the charge removed. I have learned my lesson, never buy from this vendor.

We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
