1 star: Bad 4 minutes ago Cheap Seals leak and deteriorate very quickly I’ve used Chilly bottles for years and have been very happy previously. My daughter received a lovely Chilly bottle from her grandparents for her birthday in late September. I think the company must have changed suppliers for the seals as my daughter almost swallowed a piece of the seal from her new bottle. I contacted customer services who will not supply another seal without order numbers etc which I feel is completely unreasonable as I have sent images of the bottle which prove it is genuine and we are only asking for a replacement seal - not a whole new bottle. Very poor customer service!

I've bought these bottles for my daughters: 10 and 19 years old; both are extremely happy with the outstanding colours, size and technical parameters Im "double" satisfied with gratis and I will come back soon with new order (all my daugher friends are asking about these bottles) :)

I only drink water - and I love the coll water the whole day. Chillys give me that. Ich will order an smaller one, too. Thank you for this very good product.

I tried my chilly bottle for the first time last week and loved it. Water was still cold after a few hours and this was in Spain. Lovely vibrant pink colour. My only criticism would be that I am disappointed the larger bottles don't come in the floral designs etc

Our family's two young children and two adults each love their new Chilly's Bottle! Each chose the design/colour and size they wanted - and the quality is outstanding. Keeps our water cold on hot days - in school, at work and for afternoon activities - all day!

I wish I could give 0 stars! Paid for 50 branded bottles, company went completely silent, been over 2 weeks and no one has responded to any emails or informed me of when we will receive our order. What a joke! I have requested a refund lets see how long it takes to arrive.

I keep my bottle in my car and as I live in Spain, my water used to get so warm it was undrinkable. Now I always have nice cold water to drink. Excellent product and I am getting one for my partner for his golf bag.

Ordered an insulated cup and paid for express delivery which should have been delivered in 2 days but 9 days later no product, really poor customer service as they stated to look into the issue but this is a 4 day process !!!! Product may be great but I gave up and have requested a refund!

They are rubbish for returns, the bottle I received was damaged - didn’t want to pay for the return but I did which I was annoyed about I did it to sign for - it was on the 17th of jan - assumed a big company would send an acknowledgement that they’ve received the return and tell me roughly when the payment will end up back in my account.. if it isn’t sorted I’m going to get the bank to take care of it and will let everyone know not to buy from this company !!! They don’t even have customer service number

1 500 ml for workout and 1 750 for work. So happy always cold water. I do need 1 more! 1,5 L. And please make same D. Top. ;) I love the why I dont have to go buy plastic every time. Save a lot off money.

Ordered a bottle two weeks ago, it hasn’t arrived and despite being assured by email it would be looked into and someone would get back to me within 24 hours I still haven’t heard anything three days later...very disappointed and NO way of contacting anyone by phone. Very disappointed and will not shop with you again.
