Every word out of their mouth since payment has been a lie. They gave me false tracking info twice and my shipment is now 2 months late with no end in sight to this nightmare. Customer Service when they actually do respond just say "please wait longer". I've called the port, I've called the logistics company, I've called the trucking company...apparently they are all waiting for info from China Freight and no one can help me without their information which they refuse to give. They purposely lead you in circles so you will just give up. I run a small business that has no goods to sell during my busiest season because they refuse take responsibility or even give any kind of accurate ETA and all of my customers are screaming at me every day for information that I am not able to give them. I just found out my shipment is now being transferred onto a TRAIN and is going through TWO more destinations than it should and I'm told over and over that there's nothing I can do about it. I am now also afraid for this shipment to arrive damaged since its being transported through so many unnecessary places and through so many different companies. I have 80+ emails to them with the only ever response of "please wait longer". So unbelievably unprofessional, untrustworthy, and just absolutely useless human beings.

Horrific experience. I glanced over the reviews on Google with a 4.8/5 stars. FAKE, all of them. I went back to read reviews after the company Chinafreight.com did the typical bait and switch on their bid. Once they got our three pallets out of our factory in China, the excessive charges added up to 35% higher rate. They had ZERO support in USA, refused to escalate our issues to management or senior team members, and they operated M-F China 9-5 hours only. I would stay away from this company, especially if you are based in North America. When I went back to read the reviews, most all of them used the same terminology and each reviewer had an average 2 total lifetime reviews. SHAME ON GOOGLE for allowing this to happen. They have the system tools to prevent such fraud.

My problem is still not solved. I asked for products to be sent to me from Amazon. They received products, and took more than 2 months to locate it, now they want me to pay for storage. I am happy to pay for shipment but they refuse. When staff can't solve your problem and want to "blacklist " you(really) because you are complaining well within your rights, you normally go to management. Sending an e mail to the supposedly "management" and he refuses to assist and refer me back to the her. I have written back to him but he is ignoring me.I now asked to speak to his manager and I am still waiting. This is the worst I ever experienced. Be aware they are not interested to deal with you. There are 48 products missing(after they received everything) and they just ignore the issue

Said order was ddp... collected goods and told me couldn't do ddp... quoted me tax of about 300.... suggested a wrong hs code cost me 2500 in tax... refused to change code... lied about goods arriving in customs already as failed to provide any evidence when asked.... poor service would not trust these again. Cheap price but worth paying more
