Booked a cruise from Westminster pier for two with dinner and entertainment from a lovely helpful girl Danni.she arranged drinks ,window seat ,and priority boarding as special treat as for my wife's birthday.
We arrived at the appointed time and Danni escorted us to the front where she handed us over to the reception staff.Unfortunately they had no record of our booking and thought we must have booked the dinner and jazz cruise for another boat,we insisted that we had not and as it was getting embarrassing holding up everyone else from boarding we decided to find Danni to clarify things.
Danni confirmed on her computer that the booking was correct and took us back to the boat and showed the boarding staff the booking,they called over the captain to ask could we be accommodated he refused point blank and told Danni it was her problem and she should deal with it leaving the poor girl in tears,this man would obviously be better suited working for the P&O line rather than in the pleasure cruise business.Thankfully the captain of the jazz cruise boat was more than helpful and between him and Danni they arranged a wonderful evening which we thoroughly enjoyed with an excellent jazz band.It's just a pity that the experience was ruined by one arrogant bully.

We booked a specific boat and had to queue for 45 minutes to get another boat 30 minutes later. The staff on the pier wasn't very nice and definitely didn't care to advise on when we would be able to board and whether we would arrive to Westminster on time for our show...

Very busy day, a little confusion as only one person dealing with two sailings, and the party boat was late leaving the docking station.

I brought a party of 53 people on one of your cruises from Westminster Pier to Greenwich and return. Your staff were efficient and well organised. No queues and a smooth passage on to the boat.

Unfortunately due to tube delays, my best friend and I missed the lunch cruise last Friday despite us calling one of your employees to let them know. We were really disappointed as we wanted to experience the event.

It was 40 mins late, the crew did not care. People were left hanging around in the heat with no communication from staff and no one around to ask. When I did go back to the entrance to ask the staff were very rude and abrupt. It was left to 1 girl to tie up the boat which she was not capable of. The promised commentary was very short and not very good

Went on 3 boats and disappointed each one was small type - no beer on board! Commentators very good and sense of humour.

Apart from one slight hitch the rating would have been excellent but we were misinformed by the lady in the office at London Eye pier who told us that we should simply present our voucher at the Tower. This was, of course, not the case, and we had to traipse back to the office at the Tower pier to get the entrance tickets. Otherwise no problems and you arranged wonderful weather.

45 min cruise I had booked the day before was not running, was offered option of taking cruise with 2 additional stops but would last 75 mins which was too much for children attending. So ended up getting off cruise after 1 stop.

Downside of ticketing was queuing at ticket office for 45 minutes to then be told we need not have queued as the email confirmation on phone was sufficient. This was not clear at time of booking on line and would have saved us time.

Both the tourist guides, especially Joseph (If I remember correctly) who was with us on the 11.15 from Westminster pier, were both perfect in their explanation of the historic sites.

Cruise was lovely along with the well informed and extremely funny commentator, except unless you didn't speak English. All that was topped with a beautiful sunny day.

I was expecting just a cruise up the river Thames but instead got an amazing commentary filled with lots of laugh. I learnt so much about my home town and its history! I'd recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed the tour guide. He wasn't boring he kept us all interested all safety instructions were clear! Would definitely recommend! The experience is amazing!
