We booked our villa to turkey with this company fir the first time. I must say I am impressed & the owner of the property has been extreamly helpful. We use villas for our holidays days & go away 1 to 3 times a year, so we will be using Cluck & Stay again.

I signed up with Clickstay instead of other villa operators because they offered a 25 pound first booking discount. I then booked while signed in and didn't see anywhere to mention the discount, so it wasn't given. When I asked, I was told it was my fault for omitting it and it could not now be given. That's pathetic customer service and surely the 25 pounds can't compensate for a customer who won't use them again.

We had several problems paying and when told it had been cancelled the person on live chat (Liz) handled it very badly indeed as if she didn't care at all - not what you expect to experience, very frustrating and annoying!

I've used Villarenters 3 times now. It is easy to browse properties and research locations. I like the interface. Works especially well renting in Florida

Having booked and paid in full for this villa, I am now told that they do not accept Mauritian nationals as residents. My Godson is one of our party, and is Mauritian. This sounds like a racist policy. I hope I receive a full refund promptly!!

Grateful for your advice on this very annoying issue.

It is very confusing that one is dealing with at least 3 entities - although I think I have worked it out now...
