information and website about cottage good ( I have stayed twice before, and loved it ) Disappointed not to be contacted by you in Sept. after arranging this earlier on the phone before you had started taking bookings for 2020. I just thought I'd check, found the website up, and booked. If I'd waited for your promised phone call I might have missed the date I wanted. I was told that you had my details.

Used this company for several years to book our week in Pembrokeshire. Up to date the cottages have always been everything we expected. The service has been very good.

The response to our on line booking has been prompt and the confirmation received within 2 working days. We had a couple of questions about the location which Michelle answered promptly.

I made a last minute booking and the lady from Coastal Cottages was very helpful - she said that all details would be with me within two days and I am pleased to say it did arrive very promptly. I am looking forward to returning to Wales.

I’ve used Coastal Cottages for many years and I have always had great service without any problems. The places we have stayed have been very nice and good value for money and they are very dog friendly which is a must for us as we never go on holiday without our dog with us. I can recommend Coastal Cottages to anyone.

I love their properties which meet my rather exacting requirements, and the service over the last 25 plus years has always been excellent.

When I phoned to change our booking (due to government advice regarding covid -19) the girl was very helpful, I changed from June to September (fingers crossed that it will be ok to travel then). Slightly disappointed I was charged an admin fee for doing what the government asked.

Last minute booking for less than one week. Price for short stay not quoted. Customer service had to enquire with owner and promised to call back following day. They did as promised and booking was taken there and then

My first contact with Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire. Good booking service and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in West Wales.

Booking was no problem even though we wanted a 4 day short break at very short notice - 2 emails and 1 phone call got us booked in.

The Cwtch was great, very secluded and quiet, no sign of the owners or anyone else whilst we were there.

Only downsides for us were that it's not really advisable to walk to & from Narberth as no footpaths on the narrow twisty country lane, and Wi-Fi would have been nice.

Apart from that, we had an enjoyable short break.

This will be my second holiday with Coastal Cottages but my first time booking on line. The site was very easy to use and gave all the information required for an informed decision. Such a refreshing change from many other sites.

Web site would not accept my account so I rang and within 5 minutes the cottage I wanted was booked.

I have stayed in this cottage before, a few years ago, so am registered. The cottage was free for the dates I wanted so booking was very easy.

I just hope for good weather and plenty of seal pups!

We were very unhappy with our rental choice (28 Gaddarn Reach, Neyland Marina). The place was tired, smelly, and depressing. The bedroom window blind was broken. No one would have wanted to spend a holiday there - simply not fit for purpose. We did not even put our bags down, but drove straight to the Coastal Cottages offices in Haverfordwest to find another option. The person we saw was helpful enough with this, and we went to the perfectly OK Rock House in Herbrandston instead. But no-one bothered to contact us to find whether we were happy this time, and there was no suggestion that we might be refunded even in part for a property we had paid for in full, up front, on the understanding that it would be a decent place to stay. And this 'customer experience' is the first contact we have had from Pembrokeshire Coastal Cottages since then. Extremely poor service, and we will not use the company again.

I've been holidaying with coastal cottages for the last 11 years and am always happy to recommend them to others. The website is easy to use and staff at the office are always friendly and approachable, nothing is ever too much for them. It doesn't matter if you're booking a weekend break, a £125 deal or a cottage for the summer the service is consistently good.
