I have used mortgage service with Connell’s is save me time and save money plus lower interest in the market.

I would certainly recommend a friend/family member, the service we received from Alicia was fantastic she explained things very clear and was able to answer any questions we had, she was also very helpful when it come to the paperwork.

She went over and above in her own time after working hours to assist us along the way.

I know the property wont be up for sale in the near future and Liam was very pleasant, but in retrospect the information I was given I could have got from the computer. Hence the 3 stars.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of Tom Holden who came to see my house yesterday. He answered any questions I had fully and I feel that I am being listened to and looked after.

Very good service,except for the viewing on 29thMarch,which was unaccompanied.The prospective buyer had to find the property herself,and had no particulars,and she an

I was trying to sell a property from the other side of the world and the team from the Warndon Villages branch in Worcester were brilliant from start to finish. From the marketing, finding a buyer, negotiations and finally chasing up the solicitors during the conveyancing process they went beyond the call of duty and I have no regrets choosing them as my agent.

I was trying to buy my first home for a long while and I couldn’t source anything. I was trying with a few mortgage advisors without results. When I went to Connells I received fantastic service. Samantha from branch in Wellesbourne went with me trough all the process. I received all the guidance so my purchase process was smooth and less stressful. This is just beginning of my relationship with Connells but I already can put on excellent service and very friendly team. Thank you guys.

you could improve by contacting clients more often,l feel that they were never really interested in getting the best deal for me they work the price down for there on the books buyers.I left my house keys with you thinking i could trust you but i went to check my house and they had left my back patio doors unlocked when i called in to ask why this was the lady said "oh sorry dont matter now as you have sold it and handing the other keys in this week " really would advise people to use another company.overall i feel they never provided me with the service that i paid for .

Service was initially slow but once we had established some guidelines it was good and property was sold within a month of my first inquiry. Agent kept me informed of progress and consulted when ever an offer was made.

Make sure some 0ne greets the buyers at the flat with the keys and show buyer how to use them.had to fetch keys from office??? Also when you ask manager to get rid of freezer they do.then be told after being not his job??? Had months to get rid of it....not impressed with the shabby way we were treated..berkin peers ps we had to get rid of it..

I have always compared the market personally but i must mention a lady called Sabrina in wootton, she always gets me the best deals and i am so happy and pleased with the services and hospitality that i get whenever i visit their office.
