I bought Dell CY640 - E-Port Plus PR02X Docking Station / Port Replicator from CPU Medics, the same product I'm using at office, the CPU Medics's price was so cheaper than Amazon, eBay
even with adding shipping cost to it.

I'll defiantly keep them in my mind for future purchases.

I ordered two Xeon processors (retail box) for 999 each. They called me back a few hours later and said they are out of stock (even though it showed in stock on the site). They said they can offer an engineering sample for 699 ... Then they told me the 999 CPUs were USED server pulls and not new. They said if I want new, it would be 1600+ dollars. This is a classic bait and switch. Do not do business with this company as they are less than honest and forthright.

I ordered a replacement power supply for my Dell desktop. The power supply was a perfect fit. CPU Medics was quick to acknowledge, fill and ship my order. It only took 5 days from date of order until I had the part on my doorstep. And that was with standard UPS shipping. CPU Medics followed up my order with order status emails, tracking numbers, etc. It was an excellent shopping experience.

I have an obscure IBM Thinkpad 760EL, and my dog chewed up its even more rare charger. Although it took me a while to find it, I found it on CPU Medics and it not only was exactly wht I was looking for, but it actually came in quickly too. I had my doubts since I haven't heard of this site before, but my suspicions were thrown out the window when my charger arrived.

I was very impressed by the packaging of the Processor as well as the prompt shipping. Unfortunately the part did not work for me because I ordered the wrong processor. If someone could reach out to me and help me exchange it for the right one that would be great.

I needed a replacement keyboard for a 4 year old laptop. The manufacturer no longer was able to provide part. CPU Medics was one of the few firms listing the part in the original color (bronze) that appeared to have it in stock. I ordered the keyboard from them specifying no substitutions and was delighted when it shipped 3 business days later (per their published lead time). I installed it this afternoon and it works well.

I looked at a number of on line reviews of the firm before purchasing and wanted to let others know that they delivered as promised.

I ordered a power supply from CPU Medics to replace the one in my Dell Inspiron. It came quickly and in excellent condition. However, after a few weeks I discovered that I didn't need the power supply after all and that my computer had a different problem all together. More than a month had gone by since the day I placed my order, however the staff at CPU Medics were nice enough to let me return the part anyway. When I contacted them about returning it past the 30 day limit, they were quick to respond and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely do business with again.

Paid over 40 dollars for 2 day UPS Air. Ordered on 3/7/13. Got an email today 3/11/13 that is just shipped. Hopefully will get refunded my 40 dollars for the 2 day Air.

Outstanding customer service from Adam R, who identified an alternate model AMD six-core CPU for an older Asus motherboard when a direct replacement for the dead CPU was unavailable. Perfectly protected for shipping, and system is back up and running beautifully. Good customer service seems to be a rarity anymore. These guys still believe in it. Thanks!!

The power supply on my 10 year old Dell XPS 400 computer quit working. I found many vendors on the internet who could supply a replacement, but CPU Medics gave me the greatest hope of finding an exact replacement. I was very pleased to receive an identical power supply for the one I needed. Thank you!
CPU Medics also supplied the thermal grease I needed to properly reinstall the cpu heat sink that I had to remove when replacing the power supply. One stop shopping. I will use them again!

I ordered a power supply for my Dell computer on Nov 26th, as of Dec 4th my order had not been shipped. I called they said they would "expedite" my order to a 2 day delivery, as of Dec 8th my order is in Miami Fl. 1200 miles away!
After writing this review, I received a phone call from custom service. Adam apologized and explained that the problem was just because of the Thanksgiving Holiday rush, he told me that he had verified that my order had been shipped. I will try CPU Medics again.

I recently needed a USB3 pci card for my win7 computer. After checking I found CPUmedics,com site. They had 4-Port SuperSpeed USB 3.0 PCI-Express Controller Card. The price was good so I ordered it. Got it installed then found the supplied drivers did not work. After days of searching I contacted CPUmedics about the problem. Adam replied quickly. We went back and forth for a couple of days with no success. He even sent new drivers and they didn't work. Next he sent me the link to the manufacturer. I went to the site and downloaded the drivers and now the card is working fine. The speed increase is mind blowing. Using USB2 and Acronis a backup onto a 4TB drive was 17 DAYS. On the USB3 using the same software it took two and a half hours.
I was on the verge of sending the USB3 card back for a refund. It was Adam and his help which prompts me to write this short review. Even if the card had not worked I would deal with CPUmedics because of the service.
