Puget Systems

Puget systems does not have that sexy name of alienware or ibuypower or falcon northwest though upon looking at their website they carry the same high end NVIDIA cards, the same intel i7s, and SSDs. The price is much less than the brand name gaming rigs. I did not see any sort of extended warrenty of the site though, so that part leaves me worried.

Machine is great as was the service and quick responses to questions. They even called on delivery day to make sure received and working okay. Great job getting it set up, just turned on and everything worked right out of the box.

As a content editor for Youtubers, having quality components backing your work only betters your daily work life. Thanks to Puget Systems and the amazing new editing rig they've made me, I'll be able to shave hours of render times off my daily routine and will help me get back to living more life. Super excited to get started with my new workhorse. Thank you!

In the past 12 months, I have purchased 15 custom-spec workstations from Puget Systems. The machines are run very hard 24/7 and have performed perfectly. The purchasing process, via Jeff Stubbers of Puget Systems, has been great. He has made excellent suggestions that have improved upon my initial configuration specs that resulted in my getting more machine for less money—always a welcome thing.

For 20 years I always built my own computers, but I gave that up for good when I discovered Puget. Their Serenity line gives me the top end components and the quiet that I demand in my systems and the service is the best I have found anywhere. I also love being able to see as the system moves through the build process. I have bought several systems from them over the past few years and in every instance I have been highly impressed. Highly recommended.

After 20 years on Mac, the jury's still out on whether PC is a great fit for Antifreeze Design. But if we go back to Mac, I'll be begging Puget to sell it to me. I've NEVER had customer service this good, and certainly not with computer equipment.

I recently bought my second video editing workstation from Puget Systems. They are friendly and knowledgeable and do great work. I highly recommend them.

It was good, like Dell was 30 years ago. Custom service. Help is just a phone call away. You can talk to the person that assembled your computer. If you want to install parts afterward they sell you the parts along with simple instructions to install them.

We own a small graphic design firm and have now purchased four systems from PS and they are amazing. The first two we bought in 2012 and they went 7 years without a problem - NOT ONE! And in 2019 they we're still fast enough for our work, too. (They we're a bit slow, of course, it's just that they were still capable of running InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator just fine.) Recently, we replaced those PCs with two new ones and they are incredibly quiet and fast and solid. Wilson helped with choosing some parts and was always responsive and never pushy. (He helped us 7 years ago, too). I had two issues during set-up and their phone techs were excellent - shout out to Michael and Shawn!!! Nice job! One was my doing - oops, my bad. I converted the only Windows 10 user to a standard user and not an administrator (as Admiral Ackbar says, "It's a trap!"). The other was a driver reinstall. All I can say is, if you truly want a PC that is as reliable as possible with smart folks to support you through the years, call Puget Systems.

This is my 3rd build in 10 +/- years. My 2014 build was still running like a champ and I had zero issues with it (because they're built to last), but it was damaged in a home smoke fire and thus deemed non-salvageable by my insurance company.

So, I went back to Puget for a new build (2019) and configured a new i9, which I'm using to type this review. I've been running it less than a week, but I KNOW that it will meet and exceed my expectations and deliver as promised, because that's how Puget rolls, per my extensive history with the build quality and level of customer support by Puget. Computer is well-packaged upon delivery.

Even with my 5 year old smoke damaged computer, they wanted me to ship it back to diagnose/fix, but I declined since my insurance was replacing it.

Puget delivers on their promises and you can count on them. They're a great Pacific Northwest American company!

After many years of being a step behind in technology, I finally decided to go with a custom built editor for my multimedia projects. I'm glad I did. Puget Custom Computers gave me everything I expected and more in a high performance video editing computer.

I have just completed setup of my third Puget Systems computer. Each experience has been nothing but positive -- from the coaching through the purchase process (they never try to "upsell") through my telephone calls during setup, I have been treated as their most valued customer. The systems are simply the best -- best components, cleanest wiring, and ALWAYS going to extra step for the customer -- including pre-wiring for devices I would install myself. They are willing to tell me the truth when one of my ideas isn't so great, offer solid solutions, and do so with a great spirits -- each person I interact with actually seems to LOVE what they do! It shows in their work and in the rock-solid computers they build.

This is not the first time that I have purchased a computer from Puget systems, and once again they came through with stellar service and a great product. The ability to watch the progress of the order and build is great, and the quality of the finished computer is amazing. I highly recommend this company. The systems might cost more than other budget computers, but the difference is quite obvious and it is well worth it.

First of all thank you for helping guide us through what we needed. Then you took it from there. The computer is so fast and everything we need. All of our software installed just fine and the transition from old computer to the new one is seamless! We also loved the manual binder that came with the computer complete with names of those that assembled the computer and tested it! Wow!! We really felt taken care of and are enjoying the product! Thank you so much for your thoroughness and making the process so easy!!

I have never worked with a better custom-computer builder.
Their attention to detail is phenomenal.
They will help you find the best machine for your needs, NOT the most expensive one.

While the build did take longer than I wished (about 1 week), I had no issue with it due to their outstanding overall service. The status updates were informative and personal. It was great to see my system progress throughout the different stages; to include benchmark testing stats, thermal imaging, BIOS images, and several product pictures. The system info manual is great, too. Includes all of the previously mentioned pictures/stats, as well as pictures/steps to unpack the system, and all necessary information for operating it. Extremely personalized and professional.

One thing that stood out was their flexibility and assistance during the build. I originally ordered too many M.2 SSDs for my mobo and I was called immediately by their sales rep, Geno. He walked me through potential options, providing his informed recommendations, but not pressuring me to go one way or the other. He also helped me later on in the build when I realized I wanted to add an SD card reader; he processed that addition swiftly.

All in all, I received OUTSTANDING service from an extraordinary/professional team. The whole process they remained transparent; I've never had such an informative and personalized purchasing experience. I felt like I had a voice in how my build went and I was certainly in great hands. Thank you Puget Systems, I look forward to the beast y'all built for me!

This is the 3rd PC we’ve had Puget build for us in 10 years, and we just ordered a 4th. Excellent technical advice, careful selection of components that will work together, painstaking assembly, exhaustive testing and benchmarking, packaging that sets the standard for everyone, thorough documentation, and exceptional support. Our 4th Puget Systems computer — now in the final stages before shipping — will replace my current one which has provided rock solid reliability and stellar performance for 7 years (!) and is only being superseded due to the planned obsolescence of Windows 7. This isn’t just a luxury. I’ve built a number of good, fast PCs myself, but using Puget Systems is smarter.

I have been purchasing our computers from Puget for 5 years, and always been highly impressed with the computers longevity and performance.

I was ordering and designing a system that would handle 4K - 8K video editing using Premier Pro CC for today and the near future. Research directed me to Puget. After I designed the system I contacted Puget to check my design and was advised my design would handle my intentions. The Puget site kept me up to date during the process of the unit being built, even showing me when at one point there was a problem being corrected. Once the system arrived it was simple to set my system up with all the guidance they included.
