I messed up my first order, and Eluktronics promptly cancelled and refunded me. Haven't gotten the machine yet, but so far I'm impressed with the ease to config a custom build, and the responsiveness when I messed it up.

I bought my Eluktronics N870HK1 three years ago. I love it! especially for video editing where a lot of CPU is required and only now are laptops as capable as this getting up to speed. But recently I experienced a loud beeping alarm that preceded computer shut-down. I contacted Eluktronics support, and they have helped me isolate the cause of the problem and I've ordered the part (a CPU fan) through their website at the lowest price I could find (yep, I did a comparison). I really am impressed with their attention to my problem 3 years after my purchase. We'll see how the solution turns out in the near future.

I wanted a powerful workstation-class laptop, but I wasn't finding the horsepower I wanted at the usual suspects (Dell, Lenovo, Apple, etc.).

I saw Eluktronics and was initially reluctant as I'd never heard of them and they don't have much presence on YouTube, Toms Hardware, or other big sites. I found a few reddit posts from happy users, which started to sway me. Then I contacted customer service and they told me there is a 3-day period for free returns and I was sold.

Looking forward to my new laptop!

I was looking for an upgrade to my current outdated laptop. However, I could not find everything I wanted in one machine. I stumbled upon eluktronics on NewEgg's website and whallah! Everything I wanted in one laptop and much cheaper than anything else I've been able to find.

According to other reviews I've found I'm pretty sure I'm going to thoroughly enjoy my new toy!

I requested information on an upgrade for a Eluktronics laptop that I had ordered on a retailer's site. Will, called me just hours later, offering to add the upgrade for a very modest price, no extra fees! He had even set up a custom checkout link online for my convenience.

I'm very pleased with the personal and rapid response to my inquiry. Now, I just have to wait for my shiny new laptop to arrive. : )

After looking at lots of models, this system can handle 64GB ram, 2 m.2 drives, and 2 2.5" drives - so for VMs it is best. It also has the cheapest cost for a 6GB 970m as well. There are cheaper acer on ebay - but they do not hold 4 drives and do not have the 6GB 970m.

I bought a laptop that I use every day as a professional digital concept artist. Ordering, setting up and transitioning to the new computer was easy and pretty much seamless. I called once with a few questions and interacted via e-mail as well and had an all around great experience and got a loaded compact laptop computer that has made my daily workflow not just faster but has also expanded my ability to work on larger more complex pieces of art. The case is beautiful and the heat issues I had in my previous laptop are null in this one. Thank you for making real top of the line machines for serious PC users.

I got my laptop about a year ago and it has been the best laptop I have every owned. Super fast and never had a problem. ELUKRONICS SSD products are fantastic. TThis one is for my 84 yo Dad and I know he will be happy and amazed at the speed.

Spoke with Travis over the phone for nearly 45 minutes. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. Website is easy to navigate and ordering was a breeze. Hope the product matches the customer service!

I am extremely happy to find a retailer that sells domestically assembled SSDs! Mushkin moved their manufacturing to Mexico, and the first drive from them from them arrived DOA. Needless to say, they lost a customer and you gained one!

I have been in need of a new laptop for a while now. When I finally started my search I stumbled across you guys and so far, I couldn't be happier. I have never been the most tech-savvy, but I knew what I wanted and needed, and the fact that I was able to customize my order was fantastic. You all made it incredibly easy to pick and choose what I wanted, and it was all at a fairly reasonable price too. I can't wait to see how my new laptop performs, but if it's anything like I have seen online, I know I will be incredibly pleased with it. Thank you guys so much!

While I dont have the actual laptop left the biggest thing that I was on the fence about for the RP-15 was battery, well, Eluktronics listened and upgraded the battery at no additional cost.

Last minute I decided to upgrade my Operating System to Windows 10 Professional. I saw that upgrading through the company was only $50 compared to Microsoft at $100. So I emailed Eluktronics with my request to upgrade. I received an automatic response stating that they received my request. Thirty minutes later they called me and guided me through the process for upgrading my Operating System on their website. I was excited to see a custom purchase order with my name on it. I loved the personal touch they provided with the incredibly fast service. I don't even have my laptop yet, but I am so happy about my purchase.

I began an online search for a new laptop after the crash of my old unit. I saw how highly rated Eluktronics was on Amazon and decided to investigate.

They had a model that fit my rather specific needs, but I had some questions. I saw they had a US phone number and decided to give it a try. A very helpful man named Tom answered the phone after just a couple of rings. He was interested in my needs and was able to answer most of my questions. He needed to research one of my queries and put me on a short hold and came back with the answer.

He said he could overnight it if I called him back by 2pm. I called back to place the order and again Tom was there to help me.

The laptop was received the next day, well packaged and exactly as described. I was pleased it wasn't loaded with bloatware and had everything I needed to restore my system.

I'm impressed that they commit to being my support during the warranty period.

I'm a pretty skeptical consumer, but this company has really wowed me. I give them my highest recommendation!

I purchased a new HP Pavilion 15z laptop from Eluktronics and it exceeded my expectations. I had a minor issue with the touchpad settings and they were helpful in getting that resolved.

i would give it 5 stars but the payment options were terrible, it would reset and i had to fill out the apps like 4 times
