so i ordered the screen about 2 weeks ago. the shipment arrived fairly quickly despite the corona issues. i will give it a 4 star instead of the 5 stars because the colors are slightly off.. its very bright and the blacks are not so deep with quite a bit of light bleed.. it doesnt seem like the very original screen. i was hoping for a very nice original screen. anyway it works. i really hoped that it could match the one that i had originally. thanks

I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm extremely happy with the product and service that I received from you! My new screen arrived within a week (even though I only paid for standard postage), which almost never happens with international orders even with priority shipping! The condition of the screen is excellent (as I would expected for a brand new item), the packaging was robust, and the price was very reasonable. Took less than 15 minutes to remove the old screen and install the new one - Worked perfectly the first try. The most difficult part of the whole procedure was trying to figure out which way to pull or push on the connector. It is small and delicate, and if you break it, you're screwed! Maybe some additional instructions on exactly how, and in what direction you pull that tab connecter out would be beneficial. I will most definitely use this business again for screen replacements if I ever need one.

I was about to dump my son's 2 year old laptop in the landfill when I found this site. They had a brand new OEM level screen and the tools to install it. It works perfect and the installation took me less than 30 minutes. Total cost under $75. Compare that to $230 that I was quoted by a local PC repair shop. And it arrived WAAAAYYY faster than I expected (like 2-3 days).

It was good but they didnt know how to remove the old screen. Suggested I get the factory manual which was no help. It turns out there are 2 long command strip pull tabs that release the monitor from the frame.

I felt the buying experience wasn't that bad I did have to research my own part in order to make sure I got the right one. I did not like the return policy if I had picked the wrong screen. I didn't receive the screen discount and was only offered a discount if I did a video about my screen installation. It did arrive in a good time and no damages what so ever.

For HP-Compaq L25978-001 screen, glossy, New Grade A+: The screen arrived in great shape, with removable protector. Fit and function were flawless in HP 14-DF0032CL. (Thanks to HP for their continued Maintenance and Service Guides.)

Great product. Easy to install with video help. Good tracking for the delivery. However importing the screen was an expensive nightmare with customs fees. This made the screen almost twice it's original value.

I have searched for my laptop screen in Amazon and other sources, I never got the correct screen. For few months it was always the matter of ordering and returning until I stumbled upon this website for laptop screens. I first learned how to look for specific model of laptop screen from this website and ordered the correct one for my laptop. I am really impressed with the way my screen works now.. no dead pixels as well (I was worried about that from the reviews for laptopscreen.com) But I felt the price to be little expensive. So overall a 4.5 star experience ( -0.5 due to it being expensive)

I had a very good experience with my purchase. I found what I needed easily and shipping was fast. I just wish there was a free shipping option. I don't mind waiting a little longer for an item. If I need it immediately then I like the options of faster delivery, but if it is not urgent I rather have no shipping costs.

Very easy and convenient. The new screen was fine, it went in the computer easily. The only difficulty was fooling with the computer to get the bezel off and back on, not your fault obviously. This is the second screen I have ordered from you and the products and service are great.

When editing the delivery address, the order disapeared. Then I clicked on the shopping cart and I was able to pull it out. However, the credit card information dissapeared and I had to enter it again. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

it was kind of a hassle to have the system put in my correct address. So I had to try several times until finally I just put my apartment number on the same line as my address. Also, delivery rates are crazy.
