This is my 4th CTL Chromebook. They are rugged and can withstand a lot of "messing around". My son is autistic and this is his GoTo machine for his digital world. He is looking forward to his new computer!

I had done a lot of research on a Chromebox and CTL was the one that had what I really wanted. A Chromebox with plenty of RAM and large local storage. I ordered the unit and reached out to the company to make sure everything was correct. They responded quickly and I am very happy with my purchase!

Shopping was easy. It's nice that you carry a case for the Chrome Tabs as well. I find it's a little laggy trying to scroll fast through a moderately large pdf, which was a concern. But the included stylus works great and makes it much easier for productivity than a smaller screen.

My shopping experience with CTL went well. I needed a power adapter for a CTL J4+, I thought $25 for an OEM adapter was reasonable. The only negative in my opinion is that CTL does not offer regular USPS First Class shipping at all, so it's costing over $11 for 3 day shipping...but in this case I probably would have gone ahead with 3 day because another company rudely cancelled my power adapter order, and I do need it asap. Thanks CTL for the easy shopping experience.

It would be helpful on the website to be able to search for certain features without having to view the details of each product. For example, I was curious to learn if you made a Chromebook larger than 11.6 screen but I had to view each Chromebook to be sure. Thank you

I made my purchase grudgingly because it was such a great deal. You indicated that you are not going to be advertising on Facebook in July which is just ridiculous, so I held my nose and placed my order anyway. Keep politics out of business. I would never recommend your company due to your mixing politics with business.

I had heard about CTL from the Chrome Unboxed podcast and website. I've recently begun getting excited about the possibilities of Chrome OS in the workplace and even IT work (I've been in the IT industry since before it was really referred to as IT - 30 years). The process of looking up and ordering from CTL was painless and the prices seem competitive with other manufacturers in this space.

Love my chromebook but it is 2.5 yrs old. Battery is dying, Getting another.It was too tough for me to put in. Luckily our neighbor and his son did it for me. I purchased a gift card for his 12 year old son who knew much more that I about tech issues.

Tablets I ordered came with the wrong chargers (EU instead of US), so we can't charge them. Also, some of the tablets are clearly refurbished when I ordered new. I would be happy to change my rating if you make this right.
