Much to my excitment my Indigo Mary Jane's arrived safe and sound this week, having swiftly travelled all the way to New Zealand. Best of all they fit perfectly. Buying them online was easy peasy - the extra info on trial fittings and tips regarding narrow feet, idiosyncratic sizing etc was really useful. The only tricky thing was choosing a style. Now that I know the system works, and the shoe fits, I've ordered another pair!

I'm a size 35/ two and a half in Europe. My first pair of DanceStore shoes were the Mary Jane wedge.I ordered a size 5. Very comfortable. This time I ordered the same size in white canvas lace-up which fits fine if I wear no socks,but I think in time I will need the heel grips included. The other pair were the black velvet and mesh 1940's. These fit perfectly but there is a lot of pressureon my toes;the shoe seems to be shallow there. (It may be my toes, I often have this problem. I'll have to 'break them in'before I can be sure I can dance in them. However, they are beautiful shoes and I shall wear them anyway.Your service is excellent and delivery amazingly rapid. I think size will always be a potential problem especially for someone with funny feet like mine.

The shoes made it, even to Amsterdam.... Ordered on March 4 (2012), delivered March 26. They 'traveled' for 22 days but it was worth waiting for. For those who order from the Netherlands: you need to pay additional VAT and clearance costs. Shoes are great!! (I use them for salsa etc.)

I am not happy that one pair of the shoes I ordered showed obvious signs of wear on the soles. I didn't pay for used shoes. If I didn't need them now, I would be returning them.

The shoes did arrive on the second day; however, my issues trying to find dance shoes that fit properly continue. These shoes are definately sized correctly. Whereas many other shoes for dance seem to be smaller and one has to order "up" don't do it with these! I have sent them back to have the
next size down shipped to me.

I got my maryjane's with suede bottoms in just a few days and I love them! I have wide feet, so finding a comfortable dance shoe isn't the easiest thing!

These shoe are just as promised and I was pleasantly surprised by the unique "buckle" that slips behind the loop (so I don't have to reach down to unbuckle). The quality of the shoe is good and they are soft with foam bottoms. The suede soles allow me to spin fast, yet still get a strong enough foothold when fast dancing. Much better than slippery leather!

I love this store and have purchased many cute outfits in the past. Thanks for supplying quailty Swing Dance items!

The Aris Allen 1940s Velvet and Mesh Mary Janes (which I ordered in black)look just as attractive in person as they do on the website. I found them to be true to size (size 10)and extremely comfortable after just a few minutes of wearing them around the house to break them in. This was my first time ordering from Dance Store, so I was also pleasantly surprised that the shoes came with replacement heels, since the description did not specify that detail. I also love the "quick-release" straps - so convenient!

We got the black and white wingtip 1940 swing era shoes, size 81/2. They arrived quickly. Look great. As far as holding up, another matter. The stitching is coming loose on the right shoe where the black and white portions attach on the right side. They are only 3 months old. We love how they look but to keep them in stock here at the house, we'd have to buy a pair every 3 months and we can't afford that.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 4th December and received them in Australia on the 12th December!!! I'm amazed at the swift timeframe in which they were delivered....The shoes are perfect! (but then we knew it would be) as we have ordered a few pairs from you before...I have recommended you to many of my dance buddies and so far everyone has been extremely happy with their purchases!!! I lost one of my dance shoes at an dance event and since I dance 5 nights a week I needed a replacement set right away and since it was still 2 weeeks before payday I needed a good deal. I found my shoes on sale for more than 50% discount and received my order exactly when it said I would. Also, the size recomendation was right on. I received my dance shoes on Tuesday and used them the next day. It is nice to have a somewhere to find inexpencive shoes and prompt service. I am very satisfied with Dancestore.com
