It took 3 phone calls to an answering machine and 1 unanswered email to get a tracking number 12 days after i ordered irish dancing shoes. My shoes will now not be here in time for my girls and i am left scrambling. Bottom line: customer service is wretched. Do not order unless you have no time restraint.

Placed order on May 8th. On May 18th, I checked the status of this order placed on and it stated, "pending review"; however my AMEX was charged for the whole order on the sale date. Dennis called the next day and said there was an issue with the shipping address and asked, “didn’t anyone contact you about this?” No one had and I corrected the problem with the address. I told him that the shoes were needed for a competition on May 25th and I would drive to the store to pick them up (but was told it is not a physical location). He said he would get the shoes to me by May 22nd. Still no shoes on May 22nd and I called/emailed again. Dennis called back and now said that those shoes were “out of stock” but he could send a comparable pair and he would send them “overnight” at his cost to be received by May 25th. As of today, May 30th, still no shoes. I disputed the charge with AMEX and cancelled the order via email.

Previously ordered 3 brass shamrocks as Christmas gifts. Everyone loved them so much, had a request for an additional one.
Previously had a minor issue with shipment, Keily"s dealt with it and solved it immediately. I was informed with the details the entire time.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

After 3unanswered phone calls and 1 unanswered email, i mysteriously got a tracking number 12 days after i ordered. The shoes i ordered will not be here in time, and now my girls and i will be scrambling. I just hope the merchandise is acceptable because returns will be a nightmare!

I ordered a pair of soft shoes late Thursday night, December 6 (2018). My daughters shoes had broken and she had a Feis in less than 3 days so I had to pay $50 on “ next day shipping” in order to get them on time. Unfortunately, I realized immediately after ordering that the sizes for little kids run very differently than adults, and the shoes I had ordered were going to be much too small (by the way none of this sizing info was available on Keily’s website; I found it on Corrs’ Shoes direct website). Realizing the urgency of the situation, I emailed them about 20 min after ordering to cancel. I then called them the next morning as soon as I woke up at 6:30 am and left a voicemail. I emailed them again at 10:30 am Friday and called again at 1 pm and 4:00 pm, both times leaving voicemails. The owner, Denis Keily, finally returned my call around 5:30 pm Friday evening and unapologetically told me it was too late and the shoes had shipped. He kept saying it was a busy time of year and no one had time to check email, answer phones or listen to voicemails (!?!). I told him I didn’t think I should have to pay the shipping charge because I made several urgent attempts to cancel. He audibly scoffed at me and said it was my fault for ordering them in the first place. He became very rude very fast. When I replied I would be writing a bad review and telling my friends about this experience, he started shouting at me, calling me an “idiot” many times because I didn’t know “next day air” doesn’t mean it arrives the next day and they had to rush the shipping to get it to me on time. He was yelling so much I couldn’t get a word in and my 4 & 6 year old were with me so I just kept asking him to calm down and told him my kids were hearing him scream at me ( even though I took him off speaker, the kids could hear him screaming the entire time). After he suddenly hung up on me, I called my credit card company and explained the situation and they are disputing the shipping charge on my behalf. I’ve since returned the shoes and my credit card company says they will not pay the charge since I have all of the emails on record to back up my complaint. Throughout this whole process, Denis Keily has been shockingly arrogant and nasty. So to sum it all up, I’ll never order from them again and would strongly advise you to go somewhere else for your dance shoes. There are plenty of reputable resellers out there that would treat an unhappy customer with respect and dignity, no matter what.

I have bought probably 4-5 pairs of Ghilies from Keilys over many years for 2 dancers. Always been a great experience so far, and I keep coming back as we outgrow our dance shoes. I highly recommend.

The service on the internet seemed to be great, however, it is 13 days since I have placed my order and I still have have not received the items? I was told that it would be shipped between 5- 7 working days?? This is very disappointing as I am waiting for the package for a birthday gift for 4 girls. I have just sent an email to the company- hopefully, the order arrives before Thursday, the 26th when I need it??

Purchasing socks for my niece for Christmas...I am totally clueless as to Irish Dance apparel but was told she wanted Champion dance socks with diamente's WHAT??? This website was very easy to navigate and the descriptions helped to be confident that I ordered exactly what she wanted! Plus I received 15% off AND free shipping for Black Friday deal!! I purchased over $300 worth of items. Never received 3 items no money back nor my items. Thieves! Complained to Better Buisness Bureau now going to have lawyers handle it. Do not do Buisness with these people

Ordered 6 items for Christmas which their system reflected were available (they processed my PayPal payment when order was placed), and it took them over a week to inform me they only had 2 in stock and their supplier wouldn't have more until after the holidays. Now it is too late to order from somewhere else in order to have in time for Christmas. Now I'm scrambling around last minute, which I was trying to avoid. They sent the 2 items they had in stock and processed a credit to my PayPal. I will not order from this company again, very dissatisfied.

My husband wishes he had gotten a Trinity sweatshirt while in Ireland. He found this site, and it was simple to order. I'm surprised shipping was so reasonable!

I ordered 2 CDs for my daughter. We received one, but not the other. I contacted the company and did receive word back that the item was back ordered. The long and short of it is we never did receive the second CD, nor was our money refunded. I wonder if they make extra money this way. It is not a huge amount of money. $16, but I have never experienced such horrible customer service before. Not that they were rude or insulting. But just ignoring the issue and keeping your money. I will not order here again.

We've bought from Keilys for years now. They have shoes of the highest quality and even though it seems impossible for me to order the right size the first time, Keilys is great about working with me to get me the right size. They even called me to discuss the size before shipping it to make sure we had the best shot at getting it right the second time. We were on a time crunch and they worked with us to get us what we needed fast! We buy all our hard shoes and soft shoes from Keilys!!

I ordered 2 items on 4/3/18 and have yet to receive the items. per USPS tracking number-it appears the label is printed but nothing further has been done with the shipment. The same thing happened when i ordered at the end of last year-which I thought perhaps was a fluke. Apparently not. I did not get our shoes until I emailed and then the shoes appeared 2 days later-shoved into the cardboard post office box without any other protections.
