Ballroom and Latin dance wear for practice teaching and competition

Unfortunately several of the items I ordered were not right for me. However, the customer service was terrific!

Loving my latest dress (BLOUSON DANCE AMERICA DRESS WITH FRINGE SKIRT AND RHINESTONE CUT OUT SLEEVES D912 in Merlot). Wore it for a showcase and got lots of compliments. Jeravae's team went over and above to help me out when I realized I'd forgotten to order the matching dance trunks and were able to get them in with the same shipment.

I sent a email stating I received the wrong color of shoe. No one got back to me

Unfortunately, the shipment took over 1 month and I was not informed of the delay until I reached out to the company directly 3 times (twice through email, once through instagram. They contacted me via instagram to inform me of the delay)

When the garment arrived, I was not impressed by the quality considering the high price (just over $100). The stitching was coming undone near slit opening already and the garment was poorly stitched around the elastic and was easily torn. The first time I put the garment on, the fabric tore open and exposed the elastic. The garment came with short, but the shorts seemed more of an afterthought. They are not shorts appropriate to wear under the dress because they are loose, not like spanx you typically wear under practice wear for Latin dancing.

Considering the way the website markets its products as high quality garments, I feel the marketing was deceiving. The delivery and customer service frustrating, and very inconvenient. Because it is so difficult to find decent, well priced practice wear, I hope this company works towards improving their customer service to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through their email. Another way this business could improve is to fix any shipment issues and perhaps give a timeline on when the package can arrive when purchasing a product.

Jeravae has a great variety of ballroom attire and mens clothes too. I have purchased a couple of shirts, and I love them. They look great and are very comfortable. They have held up well through multiple competitions.

The ballroom gowns and Latin dresses are of excellent quality. However, the website doesn’t give US comparable info about sizing so nothing I ordered fit. It also took almost 3 wks to receive a “ready made” dress. Rental policies are not explained and customer service took over a week to respond to requests for information.

We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
