I booked an SUV for France via Economybookings using one of their “all inclusive” packages. The price was very competitive & the service was excellent. Would recommend.

I've used this company a couple of times now, the first time for UK car hire and very recently for an overseas trip. On both occasions I was very pleased with the service and the very competetive prices. The website was easy to use and the staff who answered my phone enquiry were very helpful. I'll certainly be using them again.

I arranged a rental at Bergamo, Italy. I received the documentation I needed by email, and the hire went smoothly, and was great value. Withholding a star because the car we got was slightly lower-spec than expected (Fiat Panda rather than Fiat 500).

I got charged for tolls that I did not violate, in the amount of $32.78, ridiculous, the only one we didn't have quarters to pay with I mailed in a check for, and it was cashed. They need to tell us to have change along as well.

Забронировал автомобили в городе Стамбуле с 01 по 06 марта 2020 г. и городе Касабланке с 06 по 14 марта 2020 г. При получении оказалось, что у прокатчиков нет информации об оплаченных полных страховках через приложение автопрокат.ру. Звонил, писал эл. письма в автопрокат.ру, полное игнорирование. Пришлось повторно оплачивать полные страховки в Стамбуле в размере 50 евро в Касабланке в размере 176 долларов. В Касабланке дали автомобиль весь в царапинах, сколах, вмятинах на порогах. Нулевая поддержка клиентов. Меня обманули, либо вы, когда взяв деньги за полные страховки не передали информацию прокатчикам, либо прокатчики. Но помочь разобраться в этом вы не хотите, просто сделали невозможным с вами связаться. Прошу пояснить ситуацию по тел. +79873828836 или почте *********************
В случае очередного игнорирования буду обращаться в прокуратуру и Роспотребнадзор.

I was charged for an extra day after I was told I couldn't extend it through Economy Bookings and that I needed to contact the vendor directly. Then after I cancelled another booking haven't received a refund or the so called voucher they claim to be issuing since the refunds are taking up to 45 days to get because of the Corona virus.

They sell me protection insurance on getting to Jamaica the insurance was no good god to purchase additional insurance please watch these guys $132:00 A lot of money to give away.

I had to change my travel plan ( from 5/30/20 to 6/3/20 ) and it took me 2 days to talk to live person to make the changes beside additional 150 dollars to make the change because it is different time. 4 days difference cost me extra 150 dollars.
