I required some very urgent robotic cable, which just happened to be in Germany, spoke to Lee, who some how managed to get me an over night delivery to flexi and we receive Thursday.

The cable, speed of service and pricing was great, but the delivery driver for the custom made cable didn't have a clue where he was going and had to phone us, rather than the site for directions and access

I think the team are incredibly helpful, especially Jensen and Scott. I am fairly
new to the industry and whilst I am still learning a lot, they have given me the support I need to maintain a good working relationship with FS Cables.

The salesman didn't ask for delivery address and sent the goods to the office address 300 miles away from delivery address, even though he had sent goods to the delivery address in the past. It was a lot hassle to get it sorted out and not to have to pay for his error. The office staff were good.
