Dale is very good and has worked his magic on my back I am now walking up right without pain.

I suffer from a continuous back/ hips issues through years of training and found Dales knowledge and professionalism is second to none , I and would / will recommend him to all my friends.

Dale was recommended to me by a friend and having tried various other treatment places over the years I found Dale to be very knowledgeable, he makes you feel at ease, talks you through everything in detail and in a language that you can understand. He also follows up his appointments by sending emails with relevant exercises to follow to ensure the treatment is ongoing and effective. I would highly recommend and use again if needed.

I was recommended to visit Dale by a friend after having had shoulder/upper back problems for years which were limiting my quality of life on a daily basis.
I had been to various health professionals over the years but none of them had a solution.

Eventually I was booked in for surgery but decided to visit Dale as my last chance!
On my first visit he diagnosed what was wrong with me.
He also made it clear that I had to commit to the rehab exercises at home and that he was confident , together we could get me back to normal. I left the consultation feeling confident in what he was saying and positive about the future!

After weekly visits and my full commitment to completing the daily exercises he gave me, after 4-5 weeks my pain has gone and my movement has increased dramatically so the surgery has been cancelled.

Dale is a credit to his profession and I would highly recommend him. I certainly won’t be using anyone else,
I can’t thank him enough!

I have only been to three sessions with Dale, I am back in August to continue with some more treatment.
The location is great for me, I have visited the location using my car and public transport and I found both means of travel easy.

I was greeted nicely and I found Dale easy to get along with I did not feel awkward at all, he listened to what I told him and worked on the requested area. After three sessions and doing work at home I can feel the difference.

I went to Dale at Hardiman Performance almost a year ago now with pain in my shoulder. Six years ago I dislocated my shoulder and following physiotherapy had pretty much got it back to 90% of where it was and was content that this was the best it would ever be again.

However, three weeks in a dreadful bed whilst on holiday really flared up the pain so much so that I was really having trouble sleeping. It was with eagerness therefore that I visited Dale upon my return.

Dale took the time to understand exactly what my problem was, and its history. It was very clear from day one that you knew what he was talking about. Dale prescribed a course of intensive deep muscle massage backed up with exercises I could do at home. The massage he gave me, whilst not exactly relaxing (!) certainly did the job, so much so that as the sessions went on I actually looked forward to the pain of his treatment as I knew it was doing me good!

Within one session my sleep was improved, and within four sessions the pain had pretty much gone away. I have subsequently had a few follow up sessions just to make sure the problem has truly been fixed and am l very pleased to say that 12 months later that he has cured my problem and my shoulder is back to it’s best.

I consider Dale to be a magician at what he does and am an avid “raving fan”, and would truly recommend you to anyone who has a persistent muscular pain that just won’t go away.
