I have a big problem with my memory and the lady dealing with my claim has always ended up having to phone me for things only to be told I forgot, she tells me not to worry and asks again if I could carry on and get what she needs i am so grateful for this as it stops me worrying that I did forget .Things do seem to be taking a while but that's because the other side have denied any knowledge of my accident

They take ages - months - to do anything, then expect my answers within a week when I'm ill. They seem to be getting nowhere fast after almost two years.

I used Hayward Baker for my claim because they dealt with my friends claim before and he was very happy with how stress free the whole process was.

I am very happy with how easy the claim was for me too, and I was grateful that all of the paperwork was always simplified over the phone so I could understand it. I work all day during the week but I was able to email a lot of what I needed over to them which was a LOT easier.

I was worried about claiming back for my lost pay which proved tricky to work out, but when they explained what I needed to send in to them in order to prove what I had lost, it was a huge weight off my mind and I did get everything paid back.

When I had to see a medical expert about my injuries, I was worried that it would be a long way off from where I lived, but they were able to get me an appt with an expert who saw me practically in the middle of the town centre.

It was stressful enough dealing with my own insurers to get my car sorted, and I am very grateful to Alison and Ria for how quick everything went. Definite experts!
