Bought 2 of these jumping balls, one for my 6 yr old & one for my 10 yr old...they love them! They bounce on them everyday! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase, I am going to order myself an adult because it looks like so much fun! Highly recommended. Durable bouncing balls, good price & so much fun!

LOVE the jumping balls we used at my daughter's Sweet 16 party. They were a big hit with the kids. The product is great and so is the customer service. Online chat was very helpful. Such a great company to work with that I recommended them to our youth pastor who purchased 12 for an upcoming youth event.

wish your $59.99 Bundle allowed for two adult balls. Maybe for a small extra fee. I bought this for my family and need to adult balls. Over all thou we are very excited to get these. my oldest daughter loves to bounce!

I originally purchased an amazing bouncy ball for my two year old angel princes and she TOOK RIGHT OFF :), Then did I not have to purchase just one more for her sister byt then again 2 more for the girls I babysit for and NOW, my cousin at 13 years ols is begging for one for his birthday.

I love the products. I have purchased the 2 ball package for 4 grandkids, a Rody horse for 1 and I will be purchasing one more 2 ball package in November for last grandchild bday of the year. Shopping on your site is easy and fast.

This page was fine. Waliki page itself was experiencing difficulties. I'm looking forward to getting my order. I REALLY hope I like the order, once it arrives. I'm already planning to pitch the idea of a hippity hop derby to my PTA! Can't wait!

These balls last a long time. My kids use them every day, and we just had to get a new one due to a hole. But it's been 3 years, so I'm pretty happy with that. They are durable. They are a great way for kids to get exercise while having fun.

Your Web site gave me three delivery options: standard, 3-5 days, and next-day. I placed the order on September 15 and needed the product by the 22nd, so I selected -- and paid extra for -- "3-5 days." When the product was shipped, it did indeed arrive two days later. BUT IT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 23 -- FULLY 8 DAYS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, AND (OBVIOUSLY) TOO LATE TO BE ON TIME FOR THE CHILD'S (SEAN'S) BIRTHDAY! Also . . . I sent two e-mail messages about this problem. To each message, I received a reply saying, "We will get back to you shortly, our goal is within 1 working day or less." But you never did "get back" to me either time. (My second message to you said that I would expect reimbursement for the extra shipping cost, as well as a note of apology to Sean. Well . . . ?)

I ordered this same exact order same credit card same EVERYTHING and its been 3 weeks and nothing so I come to check status and NOTHING. I was a little disappointed with 4 girls that love your products and these were birthday gifts so now I have to pay additional funds just to get it in time. Very disappointed as I thought I was a valued customer.

I have been sending emails to you for over twenty-four hours and so far haven't heard back. This is a birthday present, so I need to be assured it will be there or I need to purchase and mail a another gift. You have not responded to my emails. This is very disappointing, since I love to buy these products.

I am quite pleased with the product. I was hoping that I would have received them sooner. The cost of expedited shipping was too much for a a small order. The jumping balls themselves are of superior quality. I am a self-contained SIS teacher in a middle school. The jumping balls get a tremendous workout each and everyday, all day long! These jumping balls can handle the punishment that my class is able to dish out! In the future I will be ordering from this site!

I love my purple adult-sized Hoppity Hop Ball! It seems well made, and I really like the large handle on it. Some other products don't have as sturdy a handle as this one. It's so much fun to bounce around on, and now I only wish that I had more space!

I found your site for the Rody horse - watched the video clips and even saw a code to use for a discount. Product came quickly. The horse is for my grandson for Christmas so I haven't actually opened it or used it but my experience with your company was A+. Thank you.

The only thing I didn't like was that tracking numbers were never assigned so I couldn't find out where my package was. I got an email saying the status of my order was changed but that was it until I got the package.

I had a very difficult time finding "pumps" on your website. Theres no heading for pumps and its not under products. You also need to state if ball comes with a pump. This was confusing because in video it shows girl pulling out a pump to pump ball but nowhere does it state if ball comes with pump or how to purchase pump. I had to email your company. Thank you

Great! Just would've liked to customize party pack better n I needed another two pumps ! IMO every two ordered should another pump be given I just hope the kids that r getting these gifts have a pump lol

Yesterday your website was having problems, wouldn't process my order. Later I got an email from RedWagonToy Co which apologized and offered a 10% discount if I came back and completed my order. The discount code would not work and the site said my email address was already in use. I almost gave up on the whole thing but the Rody Pony is still cheaper in your site than elsewhere, shipping included, so I made the purchase. It took about 6 times longer than it should have, and I had to use my husband's email address.

Only problem I had is I tried calling to speak to an customer service agent but it was unsuccessful. Luckily the live chat worked beautifully and replies to email were fast. Never the less I am very pleased.
