David and Mei arrived the evening before we went on our 18 day trip overseas . We enjoyed an instant relaxed rapport over a meal and going through the household with our busy 6 fur babies. Left the next morning with complete confidence our doggies were in good hands. Whilst away David updated us with plenty pics and information especially as our older dog had recent complications and was under vets instructions. Arrived home to a happy house , perfectly kept by the busy Mei , all dogs looking well groomed and our old doggies back to shining health. We now know we have found gems and can’t wait to go away again and to have David and Mei in our home. The doggies treated them like family and have no hesitation in recommending them to entrust your pets and home to. What a magical find ! Thank you Helen and Christine

We found House and Home sitters online through Google and contacted Dave Price about a 15 day house sitter for our two Maine Coons (Roxie & Wesley) while we were away for our Honeymoon.

Dave was helpful and responded quickly to help find us a house sitter right away. Even though there were complications with the first house sitter, Dave made sure another sitter could stay and ensured we had an amazing Honeymoon.
We were assigned Rita and John and we had a telephone introduction with them first before we met them again on the day before we flew away. They were very friendly and were happy to keep in contact with us via WhatsApp so that we could see how they were getting along while we were away.
It was nice to see that Rita and John were both looking forward to caring for our two cats.

When we returned, the house was left clean and tidy, so we could get back into a normal routine straight away.

It was reassuring having someone at home caring for our cats and the house. Regular updates meant we could focus on enjoying our honeymoon without any worries.

If we do plan on having another holiday away, we'd certainly return to Dave Price for another home sitter.

Again used House and Home Sitters Ltd. They provided a great house and pet sitter, Andy Connolly, who clearly enjoyed his times walking my Spaniel, Jackson. Andy even involved himself in assisting my gardener during the assignment. Will gladly have any of sitters from House and Home Sitters back to my home in the future.

I will always use house and Homesitters as they always come up with very good sitters and at short notice if necessary.Rita and Jon looked after our home and our 2 schnauzers for a week in september. We were very happy with them and would have no hesitation in requesting them again.

After our designated sitters John and Rita from House and Home Sitters arrived to handle a second assignment for us, an unforeseen emergency meant they had to return home, so we had Dave and Mai step into the breach and look after our home and pets for a week while we were away working.

They were brilliant, kept us informed with daily messages and photos of how our two cats and three guinea pigs were doing.

When we got back the house was immaculate and they had even managed to keep my garden alive by daily watering in the very hot weather we had that week.

I was extremely pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

We used House and Home Sitters to look after our 2 Labrador puppies in February 2017. The director himself David Price undertook the assignment with his girlfriend Mei. Although we did not know at that time, Mei was not an official sitter and therefore not covered by insurance.
We were assured by the promises on the website as to the background checked professionals, various held competencies and adequately insured all for peace of mind.
The terms and conditions including the fact that the house would never be left for longer than 4 hours in the day also seemed appropriate.
However, unfortunately matters turned out most differently and for half the days Mr Price was 'sitting' the 4 hour period was breached. In fact the final time he left my dogs it was to go shopping 88 miles away. Hence that final day my puppies were left for over 6 hours. Mr Price admits they were not even walked let alone left with any chews to amuse them.
After returning exactly 6 hours 8 mins (never admitted to) and verified by our ADT alarm report my youngest puppy was dead on the floor.
How was this heartbreaking news conveyed to me? By text with accompanying explicit photographs whilst we were 4,000 miles away powerless!! He also knew my health was poor as I've got incurable cancer and how precious my fur babies are/were to me.
On that fatal day my youngest puppy died. He has never admitted liability and we then discovered that
his insurance does not cover him for breach of contract!
Did we get a refund or even a bunch of flowers? Er.... nothing!
If you choose to use this uncaring and deceitful service then as we found out the cost can break your heart.

David and Mei took on a difficult task as we had just had Hope a Bosnian rescue dog to partner our other Spanish rescue, Daisy.

Hope was not socialised and could have caused David real problems but he rose to the task admirably along with looking after our home.

I would undoubtedly call on him again, in fact if we holiday this year, David will be our first choice.

To all those interested in House and Home Sitters:-
Once again we called on our lifesavers David and Mei when we decided to go abroad for a week away, and first ensure we have our six beloved pooches looked after in their own home.
Such a pleasure to have our home and dogs in their care as we always have such peace of mind to enjoy our holiday more. Daily pictures and updates reassure us all is well too.
All the extra touches provided are so appreciated and we will never look anywhere else.
