Spoke to Jenny and she was fantastic. Knowledgable and patient. I ended up getting the Uwell Caliburn with a few Nic Salt liquids and cant wait for my delivery. Also got a 10% discount! Happy days.

Saturday, ordered online before 12pm on website.
Friendly CHAT helped me find items also. That was useful, as i didnt know what was the Nicotine shot to order.
It got delivered to my house before 3pm.
Good website, very good real time Chat help, and delivered to my house in central london, quick in a nice cardboard box.

Thank you so much Martin for your help and advice today in finding the right vape and describing all the features. Being able to see the vape being used live via the video chat support was very informational and a unique shopping experience. I will definitely use this service again!

This was my second vape purchase from house of vapes in 3 years. I wished to upgrade and I purchased a SkySolo. The product I bought online was the last one - and funny enough, it turned out to be faulty. I spoke to a lovely lady who guided me to use it differently but I reverted back to her advising that the fault of the vape remains. I asked for a prepaid envelope to be sent (which she only offered at the beginning noting Covid-19) to try and test and refund me my money. Obviously, as I sought refund that envelope never came and I'm stuck with a faulty vape and ave wasted time and money.

From order to delivered to my door 26 minutes!!!! Absolutely astounded by the service provided. Ty replied within seconds on the chat provided on the website, knew exactly what I needed, polite and went above and beyond with his help! He even offered a first time discount.
