customer service

on-time

Even on their own learning hub there are reviews how you book a trainer call and no one calls back. They can be booked out for 2 weeks in advance. When you call admin for support, they then speak to a trainer and the answer you get is incorrect. It takes It takes 5 days to get an incorrect answer to start the process again. Save your money, go elsewhere. When you ask to make a complaint and try to take it higher they simply don't reply to you. Its so frustrating to deal with this total disregard to customer support. I actually lodged and official complaint here and hope they are audited.Inspire education just collect money, they dont do training.

Very limited support, their trainers take days and sometimes weeks to get back to your questions, there is very limited call spots available especially if you work full time. Some of my assignments took over a month to be reviewed and marked with comments. Some of the assignment books cant even be edited. When I called ask if they could provide some editable copies, i was told to just copy and paste the non editable one into word docs so i could complete (my last assignment was 126 pages without filled in content). Very unprofessional. The webinars dont even relate to the new material work books they get you to work on. Would not recommend, even during the word events of fires, covid-19 etc I would have to apply to pay for an extension which im not going to bother about because its a waste of my time. Had someone do the exact same cert IV as I did with another company which their material was way better and it was clear I was having to do a lot of unnecessary things to pass the units. Such a joke. I will be doing the course with another company now.

I think their student support was not up to the mark, content was good. I did certificate lll in early childhood education and care online and it was quite easy.

I have been undertaking my CERT IV TAE for the past 10 months and the course is far removed from being a VOCATIONAL course. The documents are full of spelling and grammatical errors (not yet competent in this regard!), the feedback by the assessors is vague, never mentioning the actual documents that need to be modified (making for substantial more work for the client to try to decipher what is being asked and then upgrading the documents), Everyone you speak to is teflon when you try to make a complaint - I was attracted to this RTO because of the good price - it seems that when you get a super deal like this the quality is low.

I have done 2 course's. Both on line. The first was Training and assessing, which I had all the information and materials required to Finnish on time. I did the 6 month online option which maybe wasn't quite long enough as it was full on.
The second was work health and safety, this was 12 months online but I finished in half the time as I was already in the swing of things with doing the first one. All information was supplied and the trainers were excellent. That is the good part.

Now for the bad.
My wife did the teachers assistant course and was unable to Finnish it for the following reasons. For the practice in school parts, the amount of work the training teacher was required to do was excessive to the point of none had the time to do this properly so this part was deemed as not complete. The next was the amount of work required on aboriginal studies, we approached several schools, a mix of public and private and none had anywhere near the prosseses or expertees to fulfill this area. As we have now found out no other training organisation requires this amount in their course, even to be a teacher this is not required.

I started to study the cert 4 followed by the diploma in ohs. The 6 months I had to complete the cert 4 would have been plenty of time, had the assessments been graded more than every 2-3 weeks. Some of the feedback was “question 4 is wrong, do again” this may have been multiple choice with more than one answer. For example, I may have gotten most of the answer right, but needed to choose one more correct answer. The assessors are based in the Phillipines so aren’t really up to speed with Australian standards. I had one assessor asking me what a frana crane is as I submitted some of my own swms and jha’s. I was told that my own research wasn’t good enough (even though I was using this same research and documents with international construction and mining companies) I was told to do their own mock up course, which through there website was very difficult to navigate. Basically I found the whole experience to be a sham, I came out more confused in the end than when I started ( I’ve been in the construction industry for 25 years and work with ohs every single day) and the assessors drag the grading of assessments out so that you need to pay for more months extension to complete the course. I suggest to go to a reputable company to complete your training, just not inspire education

I have completed Certificate iii in Early childhood education and care. I have resubmitted my assessments many times, and the assessors were very positive each time. I appreciate their positive feedback and rechecking my assessments again and again. I am very satisfied with the quality of content and training. The only thing that bother me a bit, requiring several initials and signatures of supervisor on several documents. I would suggest that there must be a placement assessor who can visit placement centre ti minimise students extra work and it also add on more value for students at placement centre. I felt ignored sometimes as the supervisor thinks no one came to observe online studying people so its less effective. Overall, it was pleasure to study online with Inspire Education, Infect, many of my friends started their study with Inspire after being motivated by my skills and knowledge.

I used Inspire Education back in 2013 for my trainers & accessors Certificate before they started to use offshore labour force from the Philippines. They were much better then, you could talk to skilled trainers and tutors that knew and understood current content and facts. I decided to go with them again for my WHS Cert. 4, and discovered that it can take up to 3-4 weeks for them to mark one of your workbooks and if it comes back unsatisfactory (Questions in workbooks are brief and pretty much a guessing game with most) and if you need to speak to an unskilled, very brief in their knowledge if any, for that matter, you must make an appointment and wait in line for a week with a time that suits them, to have them not understand you and for the "trainer" to be confused at what you require help with. I could go on but I really do recommend in my personal experience with this company is to Do Not Use Them. I just wish I could get a full refund back and put it towards the reputable company i have since enrolled with to complete this course.

I think the prac placement requirements were a bit too much for an education assistant. It was more information you would expect to complete for an actual teaching role but it did mean i was very prepared. Emails were always responded too promptly and the appropriate assistance given.

I must admit there was a lot of theory work to be done in Early childhood cert 3, but Tara was a great help all the way through.
The course covered so many interesting areas.

I found completing the TAE 40116 course at my own pace convenient. The one week online delivery in the beginning was helpful in guiding my learning and understanding for the various topics of the course. Most of the learning materials were easy to follow. The online learners Hub was simple to use. Video tutorials and the online trainers provided great assistance throughout. Just book your trainers early as they were always booked out for a week before I could get a time. I underestimated the time it would take me to complete the course, however, extending the course deadlines was simple to do. Feedback on assessments varied between 2-6 weeks, but this was during the peak time when the TAE upgrade deadlines were occurring.

I was lied to on the phone about the course and now the complaints team wants to keep $250, it's just outdated work books and bad audio recordings of someone else's class.

I had enrolled in the IV project management course. The content and structure of the course doesn't make it easy for self learning. Its structure is complicated and limited in backup resources.
I hadn't contacted any of the trainers, so can't comment there.

I had given up on the course and found another institute who offered the PM cert and diploma. The OTHER company provides content including videos, transcripts, graphs/tables. Everything you need to complete your study. There are WAY better designed courses out there.

They send you emails saying someone will contact you because you haven't accessed any portals. No one ever calls.

I wouldn't recommend Inspire Education. Please look elsewhere.

#delivery(5/5) #price(5/5) #quality(5/5) #customer service(5/5) #on-time(5/5)

I had to add a Workshop Week 3 (Vocational Placement) to my TAE 40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and upon arrival, I was told by the trainer that I didn't need to be there that day. So after a 90 minute journey and 60 minutes getting ready, I headed home. This took me close to 2 hours.
All in all, I only needed to be there for one day in total and most of the time no one knew what they were doing. We just waited to get documents signed and then moved on. I was told, once again by the Trainer, that I was also there to help the other students completing their Subject 1, 2 and 3 courses. This is ridiculous. The Subject 4 students could come on the last day to review the others, or one day mid week and then on the last day. Most of the time, the trainer said, "Oh, this isn't for Subject 4 people." I spent close to $1000 to be there and sacrificed over $2000 in earnings that week. Not to mention the exhausting travel times. I wouldn't even mind spending $1000 for 2 days, but felt cheated and disrespected by a company I chose over many others to invest in. I have even reached out to you 3 times about this issue, but you have chosen to ignore my messages. I hope you review your Workshops and treat people more respect in future.

I did my TAE40110 then the upgrade to the 116 version through Inspire. I think that had I not already had a background in a different sector of adult education, it would have been very difficult. As it was with the second course,I was constantly correcting the workbook that had poor grammar and this led to problems with understanding what was required.

I tried to study the Cert 4 and diploma in WHS, all I got was headaches. I would submit my work, wait 2-3 weeks for a reply. So they dragged the time out, so I had to pay more money to extend. The feedback was terrible. If I got a question wrong, the feedback was “ no wrong answer” this was hard, especially on multiple choice where numerous answers were required. No, ok yes a and c are right, but you require 2 more answers, etc. the assessor is based in the Phillipines so has no idea on Australian standards. I submitted some work, swims, that I use for mining, and I got graded, incorrect, because the assessor didn’t know what a frana crane was.

I responded to an online advertisement by Inspire Education in 2017, when the course Certificate III in Education Support was offered at a sale price of $999. It sounded like the scoop of a lifetime; a ‘once only’ offer.

After I made my first contact for information, there followed a flurry of emails urging me to sign up: Final 4 days to save up to $2010 on the Cert III Ed Support Course. Only $990. Only 4 days left to take the offer. The tuition fees will increase 1st September. Sale on until 31 August only. One email informed me that there were only a few places left. (Later, I wondered why an online course needs to limit places.)

I quickly signed up and paid up because I didn’t want to miss out on the deal.

The information said that you can work at your own pace (BUT you are still required to complete the course within the twelve-month period, or pay extra for an extension). You are also required, before your placement, to pay for Working With Children certificate/Police clearance, vaccines, First Aid course, camera, and/or camcorder. I somehow overlooked all this pertinent information during the initial hurly-burly.

So much for the course being a fantastic offer that was closing imminently. The next month I noticed on the internet that there was another offer going. The old ‘get in quick’ urgency, again.

I felt I wouldn't finish the course in the allotted time and knew I wouldn't be able to afford the extras and time extensions so I discontinued the course after a short time. Then I started to receive pop-up adverts from Inspire Education regarding other courses!

I found the topics I covered to be interesting, and if I could have been able to study at my own pace, which would have taken me possibly two years, I may have completed the course.

If you’re thinking of doing this course, do your research thoroughly, first. Be alert to any sales pressure tactics that may cloud your common sense judgement.

Recently, on 10th May, 2019, I googled Inspire Education regarding the Certificate III in Education Support. BEHOLD! There was an offer on. HURRY! it said. Enquire now! it said. Sale ends 23 May! it said. The sale price was $990, it said...
