Such a good way to see a lot in one day! The only reason didn’t give 5 star was narrow aisles and people carting too much stuff made for being whacked with bags boarding and unboarding. Guides knew their stuff!

Purchased a 2 day, 48 hr.. pass for 2 adults......2nd day a complete "bust"....strikes closed the blue route .........NO communication to the people who were waiting on the street (in front off office)....refund of 2nd day refused, as booking was made "online".....any refunds are to be handled online, per office.......2nd day COMPLETE waste of precious vacation time in Paris.

I was very disappointed with the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes for this bus on a Saturday morning. Further, having a "no refund" policy in this day and age is unconscionable for customer service. The rep I chatted with was argumentative about the policy despite referring to the website that showed refunds can be processed, I was told there are no refunds for any reason other than if you couldn't provide service. I will not recommend Big Bus Tours in the future to anyone.

My faintly and I waited an hour and 30 minutes for a redline bus. Also when biking online I was charged twice.

I bought this with the understanding that the buses run every 20 minutes however this is NOT the case. It took 45 minutes and then the bus was completely full. I saw other bus tours come and go several times before ours finally came.

We travelled on the Hop On And Hop off Boat on the Bangkok river and it was a novel experience. It was truly Fun. I Recommend it to Everyone.
We booked tickets ( Less than 10 Australian Dollars) through Isango and had NO trouble in Thailand.
God willing we will visit Thailand again and will Trust Isango for sure.
Visited Bangkok during February 19th and March 3rd 2020.

Bus time table needs to be updated and more readily available - it took us two hours to try locate the bus.

Earphone should be handed to clients as they get on the bus. We had to sit downstairs and could not hear anything the guide was saying.
