My experience with Jonny's Sister was excellent, I ordered the personalised tweed weekend bag for a colleague's leaving present, I needed it delivered to me within two days (outside of normal remit). I called up to order and explained my urgent requirement to Becky Russell, Customer Service Executive - Becky's level of service and attention was way beyond what I expected, she called me when they were personalising the bag to make sure I had exactly what I wanted, she also informed me when it was dispatched and then checked it was delivered and I was happy with it.
I'm not sure if this is their normal service but I was really impressed with how Becky dealt with everything so pleasant efficiently, and of course I was very happy with the final Product.
I will definitely be using them again and happy to recommend them to everyone.

I have received my order today and love it - I'm sure my husband will too. Especially love the wooden photo, think this is a really lovely touch.
I met Jonny's Sister at a recent Christmas show and loved the products on show and the friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I ordered a personalised garden kneeling pad for my Dad for Fathers Day, and it arrived quickly, was made to an excellent standard and my Dad was over the moon. Excellent service all round.

I ordered a gift for Father’s Day well in advance, the delivery date was mentioned when u ordered. The confirmed delivery date passed and I did not received anything so I checked with them. They only told me then they were waiting on new stock and it would be send over as soon as it came in. This resulted in not getting it on time for Father’s Day and nothing was offered or done to fix it or compensate. It was pretty expensive and such a poor service is really bad. Very disappointing how this was dealt with. Now I don’t have a gift for my partner’s first ever Father’s Day. It’s too late to get something else instead.

I ordered a plaque and struggled to get inside the ch per line limit, they called, made suggestions then added letters at no cost. Brilliant finished product.

I placed an order for 4 books for children under 4, good telephone service.

The first book arrived Cinderella, I could hardly see the name in the cover let alone inside the book.

When I to,S them I was unhappy the answer was more or less in the tone of, “what do you want us to do”

Not what I expected it also took them 48 hours to reply

If the other 3 books are not up to my expectations, I will take the matter further!

I love Johnny's Sister! I ordered the personalised drinks bucket and it really couldn't be better. Also, they were enormously helpful with arranging delivery. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I received notification on Nov. 6th that my purchases are on the way and I still don't have them six days later. I don't know which carrier you use, but it is clearly not very speedy.

I ordered a children’s apron and a children’s chef hat as a birthday gift for my 5 year old niece. At the time of writing this only the hat had been delivered. It is disappointing that the two items were not delivered on time altogether I’m still awaiting delivery of the apron.
