I placed my order on Tuesday afternoon and received my parcel today, Thursday, at 10.40am. Brilliant service and, considering the current lockdown situation, extremely efficient. Well done to the courier service too...Parcel Force?
The Kings and Queens website was easy to use, offering a great choice of gifts and I was very pleased to find a perfect gift for a golden wedding anniversary. The tracking system was also very good, giving an accurate picture of where my parcel was and when it would arrive.

I am from the Netherlands and this was the second timeI ordered at this firm. Great.What an excellent service they have. I bought Portmeirion Botanic Garden and they tried to get all I wanted to have. The delivery is very quick and not too expensive. I am a great fan of this tableware. Bought some in England and I am very glad I can also buy the pieces I want via internet. Everything is packed very well. I think I am going to put another order in a few days. Lovely company.

Well, I obviously am one of the unlucky ones as my experience has not been one to rave about. Placed an order almost 5 weeks ago for 3 items. 2 items turned up after about 2 weeks. I was emailed after placing the order advising of a delay (of approximately 2 weeks) but there was nothing further advising that one of the pieces would be arriving separately. I emailed after a month to ask where the item was and was told it would be another week. I am still waiting, so now I have asked to return the items I have received for a refund. I have found the updates to be woefully lacking, by virtue of the fact that unless I chase, I am not kept abreast of any developments. The staff have, however, been pleasant during email communication, and their prices seem to be extremely competitive.

I am still waiting for a £700 dinner service ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. They did call to advise of a delay the week before last but no communication since until I called more than 24 hrs ago and a guy said ‘they are being packed as we speak ‘-no dispatch email yet...
Also, ordered a cake stand at £100 four days ago but not dispatched yet and I received an email couple of days ago advising of a delay.
Not good enough really- will provide an update when I actually received my items.

Excellent service from Kings and Queens Ltd, all items arrived on time ready for Christmas. Especially Daniel Butler, his professionalism and knowledge of the product was outstanding. A true gentleman which enhances Kings and Queens Ltd's reputation.

I phoned Kings and Queens in Wales and spoke to Dean, because I wanted to buy a vase, Dean informed me that they were out of stock of the particular item but will ring and get back to me, he did within a short while, because the vase was a present and time was short he assured me the vase would reach me in 3 working days, which it did.
Absolutely superb service, I was kept informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Dean was attentive, considerate and consistently brilliant.
I also saved a lot of money buying through kings and queens.
I will definitely be buying a lot more from them. Thank you Dean.
What a lovely company, highly recommend it.
