Completed an MSP foundation and practitioner training with Knowledge Tree in June 2019 and was appalled by the lack of quality in instruction and preparation. Trainer basically read off slides (line by line) with little interaction or participant sharing. Trainer was clearly unprepared and unfamiliar with the materials provided and time within the class was not appropriately used. In addition to the lack of professionalism (late setting up, phone kept ringing), we were told the class would end early everyday which meant we had to spill over to finish remaining chapters during exam day and were given just 15 mins to review the new materials before the exam. In terms of preparing us for the exams, there was little done beyond telling us to do the practice exam and check the answers ourselves. We might as well have taken the textbook and done our own reading. We felt unprepared and disappointed at the ineffective use of our time as well as the little value-add of being in a classroom setting. The content of the MSP is actually quite important and necessary for programme management, it was a true shame that the course did nothing to highlight the benefits of using MSP and any application of it. To fellow practitioners out there, please do not use them.

Jacky made 5 days of MSP knowledge so easy to digest. I was worried when I saw the manual but it worked so well from day one. I loved her open and friendly manner, it made the class so relaxed over the week.

Large volume of work covered in 4 days! The training was so well organised, no wonder the pass rates are high. The trainers knew all the topics by heart and can tailor the answers so well. I couldn't believe the amount we covered and took in. Thanks to Jacky we all passed our exams with flying colours.

I was considering taking the PRINCE2 exam and a friend suggested to me that I should attend one of the Knowledge Train courses. I recently did so and passed the PRINCE2 Foundation course.

Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner. There was no hard sell of this course from Knowledge Tree unlike another well known company! The price was competitive to others and appeared to have a much better set up - the course material and hard copy manual were sent out quickly and efficiently by courier. Emails sent to the team were answered quickly. The Virtual course was via Cisco, which worked well. The instructor, Jacky was well informed on Prince 2 and although the course was intense, it was well worth it. I would highly recommend Knowledge Tree Training.

I recently completed a SQL course with KTT in central London, it was such a good course and very engaging. I am a complete beginner but the class has mixed abilities. We went from the basics right up to more advanced SQL statements. Really enjoyed the course with Bashir, so patient and helpful.

I took my PRINCE 2 practitioner with Knowledge Tree. I needed to recertify my qualification. I hadn't looked at PRINCE2 in a long time and had seen that the course had been updated in 2017. I was worried I might not grasp it very easily. I rang Knowledge Tree and they explained they have people recertifying all the time. They also sent my training early so could revise. Customer service was amazing.

Knowledge Tree were incredibly helpful and provided excellent training when it came to my Prince2 Practitioner qualification. I would absolutely recommend them for training needs.

Course was very intense and covered a lot of material. Jo the trainer was excellent and summarised the content in a very efficient manner. Jo also gave very useful tips for the type of exam questions that would be asked.
I would recommend this course to other PM's as I have found it very useful and gives me additional confidence when performing my day to day role.

I highly recommend undertaking PRINCE2 training with Knowledge Tree Training. I did not have a project management background prior to undertaking the training as part of a career change. Knowledge Tree provided all the necessary training materials, and all the information for both Foundation & Practitioner was covered successfully in the 4 days. There was no hard sell, or obligation to book the course, and that made me feel at ease. The group sizes are small, making it ideal for everyone to be heard. The trainer was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and informative, offering real life examples, and ensuring that everyone in the group was following throughout. I would definitely undertake further training with Knowledge Tree, and believe they offer value for money, as well as the necessary skills to support you in successfully completing the PRINCE Foundation & Practitioner exams.
