Love this memorial item - I don't think I would wear it for fear of getting it scratched and, it was a little expensive for the quality of the product. But overall it is a piece of him that I love.

A little disappointed. The fingerprint doesn't look like a fingerprint at all. The engraving on the back has a heart . I thought the heart would be red like it showed when I ordered it. It is not. I thought the birthstone would be a little bigger. Over all I would not have paid $400.00 if I had seen the finished product first.

I was very pleased the funeral home took my husbands finger prints, so that I had the option to buy and wear it in any shape of charm LegacyTouch had to offer. Too bad the gold ones were overpriced because I would have chosen that one. But the Silver tone is fine and I have my hubby's hard working fingerprint close to my heart. But I miss him and his voice every minute of the day since 28 April, 2020. Thank you very much

The original shopping experience was very nice. The customer service employee was very helpful when my problem of resizing was discovered. The only problem was the $55.00 fee. I am looking forward to the ring being returned to me.

It's an easy site to maneuver. Choosing what I wanted to buy was easy and all I had to do was enter on a code. I'm so in love with what I purchased. I have my grandmother with me at all times now!

Beautiful products and will always have a lasting memory to wear and have with me at all times. You can never replace your loved one, but this comes as close as anything else. This is the best thing ever. I will always have my Dad around my neck like he is hugging.

I purchased this ring for my daughter with her Dads fingerprint. He passed away almost 2 years ago and this ring has been an amazing keepsake to her. Very timely in production and shipping. A true gift that is beautiful.

Thank you so much for this very special necklace. I wear it each day in remembrance of my mom. The only thing i would like to mention that it would have been nice to have her year of birth and death on the charm. Even just the date of death would have been nice. Otherwise i love my purchase. It was very easy to order and there is a good number of keepsake items to choose from. I am glad I was given information on LegacyTouch by the funeral home who helped with my husband's funeral. Having the thumbprint necklace brings me comfort and knowing that they can access his print in the event I would lose it and need to reorder is also comforting.

They were quick! I received item faster than I expected too. I wish they used a different shipping company. They used Fed Ex and they threw it in front of my garage door where someone could have easily taken the item. People were home and they didn't even attempt to bring it to the door. Something with so much sentimental value should not have been treated that way!

I appreciate that I may reorder the jewelry if it is ever lost, simply by using the unique code for my mother. These are the two best reminders of a loved one I could have ever gotten. They are beautiful and perfect, and made with great quality. Please get one for yourself. The best reminder of a loved one you could for yourself. I havent taken then since i got them, except to shower, then they go right back on.

I got my necklace the day of my Grammys funeral. I am in love with it the only thing I don't like is that the birth stone charm has already tarnished after 2 weeks of wear. I guess it isn't sterling silver like the finger print. Otherwise I'm happy with my order. The picture I uploaded is from the first day I got it.

I was hoping that the fingerprint would be engraved in deeper so it wouldn't wear down. It looks like it is just drawn on top of the knife handle and in time will fade away, which is very disappointing. I bought this for my kids after their dad passed away and was hoping ot would last them forever.

Item received as disclosed. Price is high and promotion for $30 off (w/free chain) was not real. I didn't need chain and cost was same, they told me that's just how it works. The receipt was even misleading. This was for my grandma who lost her second and youngest son so, I felt it necessary anyway.
