I ordered made-to-measure curtains and was 100% happy with the finished product! The curtains were beautifully made, the pattern matched, and they hung perfectly. I had a couple of questions about the measurements I had submitted on line, and telephoned Natural Curtains immediately after placing my order. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. The curtains were delivered within the estimated time-line, All-in-all a great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I have bought several pairs of curtains from Natural Curtain Company now and could not be more pleased. Not only are the styles fabulous but the delivery is also fantastic with next day courier who also provide a one hour delivery window. This has never been a problem but once I desperately needed curtains for the following day and contacted them through web chat so they ensured my order would definitely make it to next day delivery. 100% recommend them

The order and delivery were perfect however I called unsure of whether I needed to purchase one pair or two pairs for my large victorian Bay window and was informed one pair would be sufficient. When I received the first pair and put them up I realised I needed 2 pairs. I had no problem with this as the curtains were gorgeous and brilliant value for money but I wish I had been given correct advice on the phone.

Very helpful with one or two queries over the phone. The curtains I ordered arrived safely and well packed. Excellent quality and beautifully made. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and beautiful handmade curtains out of the best materials.I love my curtains and if I had more money I would buy more for the other rooms.I will be rebuking at a later date.Such lovely colour choices just order your swatches and see what colour works 10/10

Made to measure arrived in just over 2 weeks. Well made, look beautiful. Cannot rate 5 stars as the company no longer make tiebacks. Although they sent the excess fabric still a pain to find someone to make them for me.

I liked the pop up box introducing Priscilla who asked if she could help. I did, however, find it difficult to use the site to buy the curtains so I had to buy by telephone which was fine but maybe more expensive.

Pleased to take advantage of the Black Friday 20% off offer as I already had dozens of samples from the excellent range of fabrics. The curtains arrived within 12 working days. They are simple but elegant and we are really pleased with them. They exactly match what we ordered.

We ordered 2 pairs of curtains-1 pair we are very happy with, but the second pair has a mark- most probably from folding in box when arrived , which never faded . So therefore we can’t hang them up ..

I ordered ready made curtains Biscay and Samson. Delivery was really quick and the curtains are beautiful. From the samples, I had thought the fabric might be a bit on the thin side, but with the lining (blackout in this case) they're perfect; they look great and hang well. Any creases from being packaged up soon dropped out. Thank you!

I ordered two pairs of ready made curtains from sale stock . They arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I was absolutely delighted and put them up straight away. The quality is amazing, I will definitely shop with loom & last again

I have asked for a refund form to return the curtains as they were too short in the width, I did this last week and I've not heard anything. Could you please look into this and get back to me. many thanks

I spent tedious weeks searching for the right curtains on various websites, and I'd never have dreamed at the start of the search I'd end up with something so nice. What Natural Curtain Company offers is pretty unique, in that they have a great range of non-garish but non-boring fabrics at good prices. And best of all they're cotton so warm and beautiful and not made of crude oil like polyester.

I ordered extra wide curtains and received the 90" width. I could have got this width anywhere. I am now left with a curtain that will not fit the window and guests arriving. totally unimpressed
